Carranza Cove is a three bedroom, two bathroom home located in the scenic La Quinta Cove neighborhood.

The Living Room:

The Guest Bedrooms:
- Two guest bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, nightstands and wall-mounted tvs with access to live tv streaming and Netflix
- All bedrooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses, our favorite linens and pillows, and have spacious closets with hangers and luggage stands

The Bathrooms:
- En-suite bathroom in the master bedroom
- Second bathroom with a shower/tub combo and equipped with plush towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and hair dryer

Carranza Cove is a family-friendly property! We welcome your little ones and we are happy to provide the following items on request:
- Pack & Play with crib sheet and blanket
- High chair
- Children's plates, cups and utensils
- Outlet covers

You have exclusive access to the whole house and outdoor space. There are some locked owners cabinets in the garage and one closet in the house.

Carranza Cove sits in a gated, enclosed yard on a quiet street in La Quinta Cove. Hikers and mountain bikers love the extensive Bear Creek Trail network within easy walking distance of the house, while Old Town La Quinta is less than 2 miles away.

The La Quinta area is best suited for car transportation but if you'd like to explore the immediate area, we provide 2 bikes with a lock and helmets!
