Desert Escape Minutes to Old Town Pool & Spa

Escape to the desert in style! Our stunning upper-level condo is a quick walk to Old Town. This modern, recently remodeled unit is part of the Casitas Las Rosas complex, where you will have access to 4 pools & spas. There's a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, electric fireplace, & 2 cable TVs with 400+ channels + Roku. The bedroom has a comfy cal-king bed, & we provide a queen-size inflatable airbed for two more guests. Patio seating for 2 with a peek of the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains. Free parking.
The space
Unwind amidst majestic mountain views at a condo that's walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and artist studios in Old Town La Quinta. Our upper-level condo was recently remodeled and includes all the comforts of home while offering chic style and an upscale feel. There are four pool and spa areas in the complex that will be yours to enjoy. This is the perfect spot for a family vacation, couple's getaway, friend group, business trip, or even to work remotely.

We can accommodate up to 4 people. Sorry, no pets or animals allowed.

Our outdoor patio has two comfy chairs and a small table. It offers a peek of the majestic Santa Rosa Mountains, too! It's a charming spot to work, enjoy a meal, or just unwind as you enjoy the sun.

The bedroom offers a luxurious California King-size bed and large walk-in closet. Room darkening shades can keep the sunlight out if you'd like to sleep in. There's also a cable-connected 42” TV with over 400 channels and a Roku box where you can stream content from Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc.

In the living room, there's an electric fireplace below the 46” cable-connected TV with a Roku box and we provide a queen-size inflatable airbed for two more guests.

Our kitchen has a beautiful black granite countertop dining station with 4 barstools, stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully stocked with most items needed to make a meal. We have a blender, toaster, tea kettle, and drip coffee maker. We have plenty of wine glasses, dishes, cups, etc.

The countertop space is quite large and can be a great work space if needed. We have fast WiFi and are a great spot for remote work.

We also offer an in-unit washer and dryer. Detergent is provided.
Guest access
The condo is in the same complex as the Embassy Suites Hotel, but is not associated with it. Guests are not permitted to access hotel facilities or amenities like their gym or their indoor pool, though there is a great restaurant inside that is open to the public.

There is ample parking around the complex. There are no assigned spaces, but you can park anywhere around the condos or hotel (unless the space is marked as reserved for hotel staff, which only a few are).
Other things to note
You will have access to 4 outdoor pool and spa areas. Pool and spa hours are 7:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.

Free parking is available on site.

There are two EV charging stations near the entrance to the hotel that you are welcome to use if needed. Please note that these are pay stations and you will need to download the appropriate apps, etc. on your own devise to use them.

The patio that you see pictured is reserved only for you and your guests. This is an upper-level unit with another apartment next door, which means that their patio and this patio share the same level. You will be able to see their patio from this patio.

Late Check-in Times: You can check in any time after 4pm, however please be aware that we will not be available for phone calls or to respond to messages between the hours of 10pm-7am. We send detailed check in information ahead of your arrival so you shouldn't have any issues with entry.

MAIL/PACKAGES: Sorry, we are not able to receive packages for you at the condo nor is any mail or package able to be delivered to the condo's address. You can utilize Amazon lockers (there are several in or near La Quinta) or contact the local post office if you need to have a package or mail delivered.
