The kitchen sits under a tall ceiling in the heart of the open layout, and it's equipped with a breakfast bar and modern appliances to make your meal preps easy. Soak in the swimming pool while taking in the views or relax in the new hot tub. Features high-speed Wi-Fi on a 5G network and Smart LED TVs in each room.



The Space:

Tucked away behind a secure gated entry, in the upper La Quinta Cove, you'll discover a private oasis where you can relax and create memories that will last a lifetime. This remarkable home is brimming with character and offers all the essential comforts you'd expect in a residence of this quality. With a refreshing pool and a brand new LED lighted Cal Spa Hot Tub, this stunning property guarantees a vacation experience that will delight and soothe you.



And the location is just as impressive as the home itself. You can walk to the popular Santa Rosa trails and savor the sweeping views of the Santa Rosa mountains. Come and make your La Quinta memories here, surrounded by style and chic comfort. This home truly has something for everyone!



If you're looking to heat up the pool, it's available for an additional utility charge of $75per day (with a 2-night minimum charge). There's no extra utility charge for heating the new hot tub.



However, please be aware of the La Quinta short-term rental executive mandate, which prohibits amplified outdoor music and outside noise after 9 pm, with a $1000 fine for non-compliance. Additionally, the property allows no more than 3 cars, as the goal is to create a relaxing vacation experience while being respectful of the full-time residents in the residential neighborhood.



Security Cameras. We have a flood light with a ring camera on the driveway and one ring door bell on the outside of property for safety. We have no cameras in front yard, backyard and of course none inside.



Rest assured, we're doing our part to ensure your safety by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces in the house before your check-in.

Great place for any group

We needed a place to stay near a family member and while we have stayed at other places, this house was a little closer and had great reviews. The reviews don’t lie, this place is 5 stars. It was very spacious, the pool was perfect for our kids and the game room was a hit with everyone. The owners provided great communication. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Super desert vacation spot!

Spent nearly a week in this lovely home. It was very clean, kitchen was very well stocked, and it was a great and quiet location. Owners were always responsive to requests (games for the children) and all questions. We were a three generation family of seven and were very comfortable. We all highly recommend the Havienda Getaway!

Wonderful place to stay

First, the house is beautiful has everything you could need. It’s very clean and spacious. My whole family was content including my four year old. This house also has a game room which was amazing. It was a big hit some of the arcade games took me back to my childhood. It was wonderful. Would definitely love to come back.

Awesome Unit!

The property is well equipped with everything you need. The game room, the pool and the hot tub are absolutely awesome. The unit is clean and neat. They only thing they need to replace is the screen sliding door in the dining area.

Best one yet!

The whole family loved this home. Beautifully appointed with everything you need and tastefully decorated. Walking distance to trails. There’s even Alexa there to give music commends to. Hosts were accessible and generous. As the title says, we’ve been using short term rentals for over a decade and everyone agreed this was best one yet. Did I mention there’s a game room? Vintage Pac-Man !

Comfortable house

The house is very comfortable and well kept. It was super clean inside and the living room is nicely decorated. The kitchen has all you need and the master suite is huge. The only downside of the master bedroom is the bright sun light coming from one of the bathroom windows right on your face towards the bed, early in the morning. Check in and out was easy and communication with owner outstanding. There are nice hikes close by. On the other hand the back outdoor area was not as clean as the inside, I had to dust and sweep by the jacuzzi and barbecue areas upon arrival. Know that the pool is small and the pool lounging/sunbathing area is very limited. Unfortunately 2 of the 3 lounge chairs by the pool were broken and it was too hot for laying on a towel.

Pros: house is nice, decorated nice, adequate place for cooking, a/c is cold, quite neighborhood.Cons: bikini bottoms in the pool filter, some sort of wipes left in pool filter (obviously not cleaned, shades have food/residue stains on them, dryer lint had not been cleaned in a long time, dryer lint area absolutely filthy and was/does not get cleaned, front gate lock malfunction one evening (had to hop fence to get in), outlet by the sink for the coffee maker was coming out of the wall (extremely unsafe), overall the walls were dirty with stains, corners of walls scuffed/paint missing.Not what I payed for nor was it relaxing to have to deal with this. This place needs an actual deep cleaning/maintenance overhaul. Attention to detail would go a long way.I asked and was refunded part of a nights stay.Owners didn’t want me to leave a review. See attached pictures.

Beautiful Views

This is was an amazing cute home. Perfect for our family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children, ages, 14, 11, and 7. The game room was a hit!! Pool was perfect for the children! Lots of space, master bedroom was spacious and beautiful! I would definitely stay here again. Restaurants and supermarkets were a 10min drive along with a movie theater!

Perfect for us

We were VERY happy with this home! Very private pool and back patio. Beautiful kitchen and living room. Loved the master bedroom. One night we had other traveling friends over for pizza and game night in the game room. Very competitive ping pong matches, and Golden Tee plus PacMan! Extreme fun for all. We would highly recommend this property.
