City of La Quinta STVR License Number 240562: 3-Bedroom beautiful home overlooking the 1st hole of the Greg Norman golf course. Recent touches include new tile flooring in the primary bathroom, new carpet in the primary bedroom and great room., new tile in dining area, a stunning stone wall in the great room, updated secondary bedroom, new mattress in third bedroom, and outdoor gas fire pit. The house offers the luxury of 3 bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and private, ensuite bathroom, as well as a separate half bathroom. Each bedroom also has luxurious bamboo sheets and its own TV. The primary bedroom has an adjustable, split king, Puffy brand bed. The second bedroom has a Puffy brand, California king bed, and the third bedroom has a Puffy brand, Eastern king bed. The house will sleep 6 comfortably, but can accommodate up to 2 additional guests on a queen sized sofa bed. Want to get outside? Relax on the patio or in the pool and spa while cooking on the built-in barbecue. Think it's too hot? Activate the patio's awnings and misters to cool things off. At night, enjoy time around the gas fire pit with ambient outdoor lighting. Overall, its a lovely place to relax and enjoy!

12 day sun seeker and golf addict

Good location - close for PGA West golf courses - a little far out from good restaurants and shopping. Beautiful back yard with mountain views and great amenities - hot tub (didn't always heat up however), fire pit, outdoor grill and nice landscaping!

Great Vacation Home

Nice, well equipped home in a great location with sunny back yard and wonderful golf course and mountain view’s. We did have some issues with pool equipment not operating correctly but the owner and property manager were very responsive and took care of the issue for us. Look forward to renting again!

The Perfect Getaway!

This home is the perfect getaway - the ideal location with golf course and mountain views! We chose this home as we were on a golf vacation and it was ideally situated in the PGA West community. No more than a 5-10 minute drive to any of the golf courses. The house itself was very well maintained and very clean. Its layout is excellent and it contains every conceivable kitchen utensil that one needs to dine in! The outdoor patio and pool area are wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our evenings. Our host Lorrain was very timely in her responses and she was most accommodating. She was a pleasure to deal with throughout! We would not hesitate whatsoever to rent this property in the future.

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The backyard pool area is where we spent most of our time and it was perfect. Great views and well latex out. The inside of the home was very nice as well. Kitchen was well stocked, great bar area, and cozy main living area. The property manager was very helpful during our stay. We look forward to returning in the future!

Great House!

The house was great and well-equipped - it had everything, in abundance - the kitchen was equipped for large groups, the pool / patio / hot tub setup was great, with plenty of patio furniture. The property manager did a great job from check-in to check-out, and the owner was easy to deal with. The pool maintenance guy also was very helpful and considerate. I would for sure stay here next trip to the Coachella Valley..

Thanksgiving Holiday Stay

My wife and two kids (13 & 11) stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday. The home is beautiful, clean, and well stocked with towels, kitchen ware and appliances. The beds are comfortable. We all enjoyed relaxing in the home as well as in the backyard with the pool and Jacuzzi. There were a couple items that needed to be fixed, and the owner/property manager took care of those items. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again. The pictures accurately reflect the quality of the home.

Wonderful Stay in La Quinta!

We enjoyed 8 nights in La Quinta! The house is clean, spacious, well organized and well equipped. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor area is perfect for a family to enjoy or for entertaining. We had a wonderful stay!

Property was excellent. Minor issue day one with the pool but it was fixed immediately. It needs to be handled quickly and they did it , Im happy to say.

Very Good Home

The home is beautiful and in a great location. When we arrived the home was clean and ready for occupancy. All of the bedrooms are large and comfortable and it was very convenient that each room has its own bathroom. The only issue we faced was a cricket infestation. We notified the property manager on Saturday and the pest company showed up on Tuesday. Even after the home was sprayed, we continued to find 5-6 crickets a day and they continued to chirp at night. Even with the inconvenience of the crickets, we loved the house and would definitely stay again. The owners were very responsive.

Amazing Owner and Property!

This home came exactly as advertised! It was extremely clean and very well equipped! The kitchen had everything one would want, even very sharp knives! Because of the virus, we ate in virtually every day. The BBQ was fantastic as was the view and amenities outside. We have stayed in numerous properties over the years and I have to say this is one of the best. And, in these trying times with the COVID-19, the owner was extremely accommodating as we had to prematurely end our stay. The question is not if I will return to this home but simply when! Thank you Lorrain for everything!!

Easy breazy fun in the sun

Beautiful home. Had most everything you could need! We did need a mixer and help with the TVs so a property management person stopped by. There were also ants coming in the bathroom and the closet but they were quick to send over an exterminator! We had a wonderful time here and Lorraine was so kind and easy to work with. She even bought our 10 mo old a pack n play and pool floatie!!! I would definitely stay here again. Beds are super comfy and I didn't want to leave: ( Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. We will remember your home forever.
