We stayed here for a girls’ trip to attend the Indian Wells tennis tournament. The house and location were perfect! There were 8 of us and we all had our own rooms with king beds! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the living room was the perfect gathering spot. Mary, the host, was a great communicator, and the house was spotless when we arrived. We had a blast and would absolutely rent the house again!!

Golf outing

One of the best place we have stayed in the last twenty years of our annual golf outings. Every thing from kitchen to bedroom to pool area were top notch. I would highly recommend this place. Owner Mary was extremely responsive.

Spectacular Rental in La Quinta

Our group has held annual retreats in Southern California for more than a decade, and this was the best location by far. The house is big and beautiful, and it's just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. It's truly an oasis, located on a quiet street just beyond the built-up area. We'll return!

Wonderful Visit - Highly Recommended!

We had an awesome Spring Break at this house for 3 families! Our kids ranged from 13-21, and everyone loved it. The house has tons of room and nicely furnished - the pool, spa, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, pool room, corn hole, basketball, putting green, etc. Loved the location, short walk to Old Town. Perfect Vacation House for our tennis group

This house is ideal for a group trip or large family gathering. Every bedroom can be configured as a King bed or 2 twins which is really unique and sets this house apart from most large dwellings. Great layout with bedrooms surrounding a large kitchen, great room, and pool game room. Pool area is very private with huge hot tub and many different areas to socialize. Bonus is the grapefruit tree in the backyard perfect for salty dogs and fresh greyhounds! Our group would love to return next year.

Beautiful Home!

Everything was amazing and the property was beautiful. The owners really thought of everything (kitchen supplies, blankets, games, towels, etc.). Loved all the outdoor seating. Mary was very responsive and helpful with all our concerns and questions. The pictures don’t do this house justice! It is huge, beautiful, comfortable, and located so close to shopping, restaurants, and parks for walking. My family had a fantastic time and would definitely come back. We all agreed this was the best rental house we have ever stayed at. Absolutely amazing!

Couldn't Be Better

Our stay at this property was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts had thought of everything to make our experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with a layout that was both functional and spacious. Each room was thoughtfully furnished, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-quality appliances and everything we needed to prepare our meals. We had a business meeting here. WiFi was excellent and we were able to tap into the TV screens with our computers. Plenty of areas to meet both inside and out. Location-wise, it was unbeatable. Nestled in a serene area, yet close to all the restaurants and shops we wanted to visit. It was the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful time. They provided excellent recommendations for local activities and dining, which made our trip even more memorable. Communication was seamless, and they went above and beyond to accommodate any of our needs. Can’t recommend this property enough! If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and convenient place to stay, look no further.

50th Birthday Celebration

This was a fabulous property. Well stocked beautiful, comfortable and easy to use for the most part. We loved every second of the experience. Mary and her husband were great and if anything needed tending to during our short stay they were on it immediately. The house is absolutely gorgeous and a perfect place for a large gathering. The backyard is fabulous. My only complaints are that there are no black out shades in the rooms and the outside spaces (Chardonnay Cove and mini putting green course) aren't super inviting (they just don't compare to the backyard beauty). However, Chardonnay Cove is a good place to set up the masseuse if you feel like a splurge.

WOW!!

First of all I would like to thank MJ for creating such an incredible property. It is so beautiful and we loved every second of our weekend. MJ met us to give us a tour which was definitely needed to know all of the little details about the kitchen. She also went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed along the way. There were 16 girls for a bachelorette party there for a 3 nights. The house is immaculate and the pictures do not do it justice. There is every amenity available you can think of and plenty of storage. We spent most of our time in the backyard in the pool, which was jaw-dropping. Make sure to bring your own floaties (new company rule). The only downside was that you cannot have any music outside per Palm Springs County Codes so just be aware. This had nothing to do with MJ or her house so I do not dock her for it. Overall this was such an amazing house and it made all of my bachelorette dreams come true. 20 out of 10 all the way!

I’m so glad we were able to book this property for my 40th birthday celebration. We were a group of 16 family and friends, and there was more than enough space for everyone to enjoy and spread out. Mary was great with communicating and has really thought of every little detail throughout the property. We were impressed with everything from the outdoor A/C to the plugs/USB outlets & coasters on every bedside table. The only thing I recommend would be to update the listing to state that no music is allowed outdoors at this time due to a county ordinance. This is the same for all rental properties within the area, but it would be nice to know that before actually booking. We were still able to play music and enjoy inside the house because of the high quality windows and doors though. Overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking this property for your next vacation.
