Our beautifully furnished villas feature 10ft. ceilings and 1300 square feet of space, providing the getaway seeker plenty of room to stretch out for a day, a week or a month. Soaking tubs, Kohler fixtures, high end linens and towels, and scenic views create a spa-like ambiance. The fully amenitized chef's kitchen and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining groups, and all balconies and patios feature private electric grills and patio tables to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors.

The living room as well as both master bedrooms all open through charming french doors onto tranquil balconies or patios, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and glowing palm trees complement romantic evenings of al fresco dining or wine tasting under a canopy of stars. The dual king master suites each contain en suite bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and stall showers with floor to ceiling tile. Additional features include Hi-Speed WiFi, HBO, Showtime, Smart TVs, ceiling fans, built-in washer/dryer, and two fireplaces. With all this comfort, you'll never want to leave your villa.

Guest Access
For those able to pry themselves from the villa, the swimming options abound with 12 salt water pools and 11 relaxing Jacuzzis, including two lap pools, and the ultimate family pool and play area with its beach-like entry, splash fountains and resort cabanas (free of charge). The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside Cafe, social room, and state of the art fitness facility round out the spectacular 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse at the heart of the resort.

For a host of additional options, guests can meander next door to the famed La Quinta Resort and Club, featuring shopping, outdoor music, six fabulous restaurants, a world class spa, two Pete Dye championship golf courses, and tennis courts for rent.

Main Renter booking the Villa must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay.

House Rules
No smoking and no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For Coachella/Stagecoach, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.

Very nice complex with terrific kids pool and quieter adult pools scattered through the development. Well run and clean. Only suggestion is to add lounge chairs during high season.

Love this place!

This was my second trip this year staying at Legacy Villas. I can hardly wait to return a third time. I stayed in the same unit as before, but opted to use both bedrooms this time. The unit is spacious and comfortable and the beds are very nice with soft linens. We wanted for nothing. The grounds and peaceful setting with the sound of fountains was even better. I can't say enough good things about this place, you have to experience it yourself. I will return next year.

Summer Getaway Magic!

Our rental at Legacy Villas Resort was amazing! The unit, located near the clubhouse, was the perfect spot for a mini vacation to visit nearby family. Having a toddler in tow and being so close to the pool and main entrance was extremely convenient. Another highlight were the grounds which were immaculate and the fountains kept my little one enchanted as we made wishes at each one. The ground floor unit itself was clean and spacious, and as I was also traveling with my elderly parents, perfectly accessible. I will definitely try to come back when it isn't so hot! Ha!

The place was nice, except the furniture was a little worn looking. The tvs in bedrooms are to small.1 of the bathroom had no soup or shampoo. They need to have keric coffee pod machine. Coffee pot is no good anymore
