Capture the desert lifestyle in this totally remodeled condo situated on the 2nd hole of the Arnold Palmer Championship Golf Course. This 2 Bedroom 2 bath Condo offers Breathtaking View of the Santa Rosa Mountains and Golf Course Fairway that will amaze you from sunrise to sunset. The Condo is across the street to one of the private Palmer Resident pools and spas that are year-round heated to the ideal temperature. You will want to come back to, year after year.

The Living room is spacious, comfortable for entertaining or watching movies on a Smart TV. The dining room has seating for four and bar with seating for two.

The Kitchen has plenty of prep space and is fully equipped for any cook, including a stainless steel refrigerator, oven and gas range, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The BBQ is located out the sliding glass door to the private courtyard.

The Master Bedroom consists of a King size bed, desk, wireless internet with high speed access, printer, Smart TV and plenty of storage plus a mirrored closet with built-in's. Master Bathroom consist of double sinks, a walk-in shower with bench, mirrored closet with built-in's. The Guest Bedroom consists of two Twin Beds, TV with DVD and attached bathroom with tub/shower.

The Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom have ceiling fans you can adjust to your comfort. The Laundry room consist of a full-size washer, dryer and ironing board. In the Garage there are two bikes available for guests and a golf cart available for rent on request.

The Condo is minutes away from the Stadium Course Clubhouse which houses Ernie's Sports Bar & Gill in a relaxed setting with outdoor patio (with fire pits) which overlooks the final hole of the course, It's a great place for happy hour.

If you are looking to play golf at PGA WEST you have three public courses to choose from, The Stadium, The Greg Norman, and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament.

Also you can enjoy some of the many world-class events that are available to you throughout the Coachella Valley. The Condo is minutes away from, The BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells World Class Tennis Stadium , held in March , The Music Festivals, Coachella Fest and Stagecoach held in April. The Famous Polo Grounds and Old Town La Quinta with Zagat Rated restaurants and bars with live music.

Fabulous vacation

Linda’s place is a great place for vacation. Right on the golf course with afternoon sun. ( we wanted afternoon sun) We loved sitting out on the patio anytime of day. Great neighborhood and stunning sunset views. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with just about everything you might need. Communication with Linda was quick and easy. You’ll want to check this one out!

Great condo

We spent the month of March in this condo. Linda and Larry and very responsive hosts. Pictures accurately reflect the property. Beds were super comfy with high-end linens which we appreciated along with the well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful view. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Hits all the right notes

Our second stay was as delightful as the first. The Goodmans’ home is nicely appointed and well situated for the activities we enjoy. The bikes are a great amenity for an early evening ride through the neighborhood before cocktails on the patio. Thank you, Linda and Larry!

All good remarks about condo and owners. I'd stay there again. You should be aware that the price per night is for only 2 people even though it has 2 wonderful master bedrooms. I did not pick up on this when booking the unit (totally my fault) and ended up paying more than I had planned. It's a great deal for 2 people but is a little pricy when extra guests are added.

A Perfect 10

How fortunate we were to stay in Linda and Larry Goodman’s divine PGA West home. It exceeded our expectations in every way: lovely art and furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, a shaded patio with golf course and mountain views, and a quick resolution to a minor plumbing issue. The two bikes were a bonus. We did the 7.5 mile loop around PGA West several times and had an up-close-and-personal encounter with a group of big horn sheep. We had the neighborhood pool and spa to ourselves after busy days of golfing and hiking. Sheer perfection!

Our Getaway

With a beautiful mountain view behind the patio, fully stocked kitchen, and spacious accommodations, we fully enjoyed our condo stay close to golf courses and biking trails. The owners even delivered 2 bikes for us to use while we were there!

Wonderful PGA West Home

We had a wonderful stay! The home had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves for two weeks. Location was perfect for us (close to Desert International Horse Park and Old Town La Qunita). We would not hesitate to stay here again when we are in town!
