The house was clean and the host was very responsive. She had to send us shower towels overnight from Target because the towels in the bathrooms were paper thin and shed on the skin. The biggest issue we had was that this house gets no sun in the backyard other than inside the pool (and only 1/2 the pool). The house has overhangs that block the sun and the tall side hedges block the early morning sun. It's not possible to sit on a lounge chair in the sun at this house. The house is in a good location at PGA West, walkable to the clubhouse. There's nothing wrong with the house itself, it was just tremendously disappointing to not be able to sit on a lounge chair by the pool in the sun. There was only shade. Also, there were no beach towels for the lounge chairs. We will not go back to this house.
There is nowhere to sit in the sun by the pool in this backyard. The areas where you can fit a lounge chair are always in the shade.

Nice, but

Great house with lots of toys. Hot tub heater didn’t work until last day. Host called repairman, but he had difficulty getting it to work.Host comped us for the problem.Host was very responsive to our calls.There are no comfortable seating areas to relax. The coffee tables are too far from the chairs to be useable.

Just what I needed

Our week at this property was just what I needed to unwind due to stress at work. We stayed for a week and it was wonderful. It was clean and had pretty much everything I needed. The pool is great and the views are stunning. But by far the biggest plus was our host. Suzanne was amazing. She was available anytime either by phone or text and her response time was about 3 to 5 minutes (text). I’ve rented a lot of houses and have dealt with a lot of hosts and managing companies, but she by far made us feel the most welcomed and heard. Any small issue was solved by her. I can’t emphasize enough the importance of a great host as a bad one can ruin an otherwise great trip. Moving forward, I will only be dealing with her in the future.

Lots of FUN!

We totally enjoyed our stay. Love the entry patio, always lots of sun there. The house was very clean, updated, and open, lots of fun activities available. The owner was super responsive whenever we had a question, and that is very important to us. The house is walking distance from Ernie’s, and that was a very nice place to eat and socialize. All in all, five stars!

Fabulous property! Loved it all!!

The house was beautiful! The view was amazing. We loved everything about the stay. The owner was very responsive and accommodating and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The guards at the gate were not helpful on the last day as we had to wait more than 10 minutes to get in after we had our pass. They refused to scan us in until the new guest ahead of us was processed. Unfortunately he was not in their list so it took a lot of time. Other than that we had the best time ever!!!! Highly recommend!!

A joy from beginning to end

The property is just as beautiful as the pictures suggest. After a year of being locked inside, I took my husband, adult daughter and her husband for a six day get away. We had a wonderful time swimming, playing pool and touring Joshua Tree National Park. Suzanne was a gracious and helpful host, the place was clean and had everything we needed. The pool is heated, the beds are foam mattresses and the view is stunning. We are looking forward to our next stay there.

Weekend Oasis

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway with friends and our families! The kids had so much fun in the pool! Just make sure to watch for golf balls! Lots of space so we didn’t feel crowded, it was great! Suzanne responded quickly to anything we needed and PGA West is the perfect backdrop for any weekend.

Couldn't have been better!

We had a 4 night stay at this PGA West home recently and loved every minute of it. The place was clean, very well stocked, the views spectacular, beds super comfy, pool very refreshing. Stress melted away. All check-in instructions/communications with Suzanne the property manager were clear, professional and you can tell she is a very caring person and wanted to ensure out stay was relaxing. We will FOR SURE be back.
