Very nice place. We loved it. We will definitely be back. The grounds, pools, atmosphere, and staff were fantastic. Unit was well furnished and stocked. It is, howevin need of deep cleaning and minor repairs. Tiles in entry, kitchen and bathroom were dirty to the point where it blackened socks or bare feet. Carpet in high traffic areas is stained from ground in grime. Needs to be steam cleaned. Water leaking from the fridge evaporator pan or line is staining the carpet bordering kitchen and started to break it down. Ceiling fan blades, housing, HVAC vent covers had a layer of grime and dust bunnies. Top of the refrigerator was coated in grease and dust balls. Window casements, trim, sills were very dirty. The gasket in the window in the dining area needs to be replaced. It is damaged and not seated. Itâs preventing the window from sealing and locking properly. Wall in bathroom above vanity mirror was covered in dust balls as were the bathroom window shutters. Couch slip covers were badly stained and smelled. Decor elements and light fixtures needed dusting/wiping down. Walls need touch up painting from about 5 feet down here and there in high traffic areas. Mosquitoes present in the unit when we entered and we each had multiple bug bites by morning. Screens on the windows might be something to consider. The unit in and of itself though is wonderful.
