The Reserve at Polo Villas #16 | Sleeps 18 • Grand La Quinta Villa • Pool + Spa

7 BDR, 7.5 Bath – permit 260458

Desert days at The Reserve at Polo Villas | #16 feel like they were built around gathering big groups in style. Set within an exclusive gated community in La Quinta, this brand-new retreat is the largest home in the Polo Villas collection, pairing bold Desert Modern design with more than 5,500 square feet of space, a resort-style backyard, and an easy setup for pool days, festival weekends, outdoor dinners, and slow nights around the fire pit.

Inside, the home keeps everything bright, open, and made for connection. The main living area brings everyone together beneath 14-foot ceilings and clerestory windows, with a big-screen TV, clean modern finishes, and wide indoor-outdoor flow to the pool. Just off the living space, the gourmet kitchen makes group dining simple, with generous prep space, bar seating, and everything needed for coffee before the day starts, catered dinners, or late-night snacks after a festival.

Seven bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, give everyone a private place to reset. Every bedroom also includes a workspace, 65-inch TV, and marble walk-in shower, making the layout especially comfortable for couples, families, and groups who want privacy without losing the shared-house feel. A media room with a queen Murphy bed adds extra flexibility, while 7.5 bathrooms total help keep mornings easy when everyone is getting ready at once.

Outside is where the home really settles into its rhythm. The private pool and spa anchor the backyard, with loungers, umbrellas, and a covered outdoor lounge that keeps the day comfortable from sunup to sunset. Fire up the outdoor kitchen and BBQ, watch the 75-inch outdoor TV from the lounge, play bocce ball, or bring out volleyball and spikeball for a little friendly competition. As evening rolls in, gather around the fire pit and let the desert sky take over.
