The adjoining bar ensures that this area will be the hub of the house. The dining table accommodates 8 or more with the leaves available in the hallway closet or eat casually outdoors.

The guest bedrooms feature a king and a queen bed with ensuite baths. Need some extra privacy? Take the 4th bedroom. It’s located in a separate casita at the front of the house complete with a king bed.
