One bedroom/one bath villa includes full size kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace, huge outdoor patio & in unit washer/dryer. The bedroom can function as (1) king or (2) twin bed setup plus sleeper sofa.

The Space:
What sets our villa the most apart from other rentals at Legacy Villas is our prime location. With only one shared wall, this villa has unobstructed views to the south and west directly at the Santa Rosa Mountains and the beautiful desert floor below. Our guests love the privacy of this villa and the convenient proximity to all the main amenities this resort has to offer. Located in the only stand alone building south of the club house and outdoor wedding space, if you happen to be visiting Legacy Villas for nuptials, this villa puts you steps away from all the preparation and wedding day activities that your big day requires.

If relaxation is what you’re looking for, imagine wandering the resort grounds, under the bougainvillea-covered gardens, past the fountains, before returning to your villa to enjoy a glass of wine as you watch another famous La Quinta sunset behind the Santa Rosa Mountains. From the front gate to the front door, expect to feel the warmth of the sun and the beautiful resort surroundings. Once inside, the living area and kitchen are open and inviting for hosting those family memories you’ve been wanting to create. The gorgeous beamed ceiling living room features a gas fireplace perfect for those crisp desert nights and flat screen television. The dining room and bar area has seating for 8, perfect for those family or friend get-togethers. If you want to take the fun outside, the french doors off the dining room open up to a huge balcony and dining table for 8 with a breathtaking mountain view that will make any meal outdoors magical. The bedroom offers the flexibility of (2) twin beds or (1) king bed based on your preference, just let us know ahead of time. There is also a stackable washer/dryer located in the hallway for your convenience. Fast wifi and comfy work surfaces make Villa Hermosa the perfect locale for resort living & remote work.

Guest Access:
All of our guests are greeted by the security guard at the guard gate, and only registered guests are allowed entrance. Registered guests have full access to the resort's many beautiful pools and hot tubs, club house, cabañas and well appointed gym from 6am to 10pm. Access to the house is keyless and your personal entrance code to open the door will be sent prior to your arrival. Please note that there is a video doorbell that records entrance and exit to the house. (THERE ARE NO CAMERAS ON THE INTERIOR SPACE)

Legacy Villas is an exclusive gated resort community a short walk away from the Waldorf La Quinta Resort and quick drive to Old Town La Quinta, dozens of world-class golf courses, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens for the BNP Paribas, and one of the closest resorts to the Coachella, Stagecoach, and other festivals/events at the Empire Polo Club grounds.

The beautiful main pools, lap pool, gym, and clubhouse are a 1 minute walk from the house, and smaller pools and hot tubs are just steps away. This Villa is hands down the best location to Brides/Grooms looking to book for their wedding party. The Clubhouse and covered garden pergola where wedding ceremonies take place are steps away from our villa.

The community is secured by a security guard gate 24/7, and has great walking and running paths throughout. Guests at the entrance gate will require authorization to come in to the community.

On weekends during high season (*unless posted) the Legacy Grille serves up food and drinks by the main pool.

Getting Around:
We suggest our guests rent a car if they are not bringing their own vehicle. There is taxi/Uber/Lyft services in the area if you decide to go that route. 15 minute walk to the Waldorf La Quinta Resort next door for festival shuttles, restaurants, golf, tennis, and shopping. There's parking for 1 cars allowed per rental unit (3 when renting the entire 3 unit Villa). There is ample parking just outside the villa. Larger "Sprinter" type vans or commercial vehicles area only allowed to park at the main security gate parking lot which is conveniently located next to this villa.
