You have to go up 5 steps to get to the holiday home from the street, and on going into the apartment you will find an open space with the lounge-dining room and kitchen. There is a sofa-bed, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, TV, dining table and chairs and a door leading out to the balcony with outdoor furniture and views of the church and the square.

Kitchen equipped with a small fridge, oven, stove, microwave, filter coffee maker, juicer and tableware. Small utility room with a fridge-freezer, washing machine, ironing board and iron and a sink.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds together and a door leading to the balcony, and the other one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, bedside tables and reading lights. 1 full bathroom with a bath. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Wifi. Fans. Public parking area at the entrance to the village. You cannot park inside the village.

Location / Area

The apartment is situated in the centre of the village of Selva de Mar, opposite the church and close to the restaurants and a small village shop with basic products.

Selva de Mar is a charming Mediterranean village, located next to the Cap de Creus Natural Park, with defence towers, stone houses, the church of Sant Esteve and several springs. It is surrounded by mountains and natural scenery, ideal for outdoor activities.

The village is 2 km from the main beach of Port de la Selva, the perfect place for doing watersports, walking or cycling along the coastal path and which has all the services, shops and restaurants necessary for a memorable holiday. Also, a few kilometers away, nestling up in the mountains with views over the coast, is the Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, a Romanesque treasure.
