The owners met with us upon arrival to show us our room and gave us all the info we needed to explore the area. They checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. The room was spectacular. Very clean, plenty of space and well supplied. The location was a 5 minute walk from the train station. Highly recommend!

The property itself is quite unique with spacious and comfortable rooms. Access is by arranged meeting since the property is not accessible from the street without a key. We were greeted by Simone who gave us access to the property along with a friendly welcome. Elisa then gave us the rundown of the property over a complimentary caffe and proceeded to give us friendly advice and dining recommendations as well as a welcome bottle of chianti. Overall, this was an excellent stay. the only drawback was parking. free parking options were not easily found at the time we arrived, and we ended up paying for parking in the train station parking garage.

C'était pas bien c'était SENSATIONEL

Rarement on a été aussi bien servi et accueilli par nos hôtes Elisa Et Simone. On était pas encore chez eux qu'ils nous ont aidé pour garer la voiture car tout était encombré. Nous avons eu droit ensuite à pleins d'informations pour notre séjour et des attentions entre petits chocolats bouteille de vin et eau fraîche. L'accueil et la gentillesse de ce couple nous ont fait beaucoup de plaisir. MERCI GRAZIE MILE!!!

The owner greeted me personally as I was walking down the street lugging around my heavy luggage. He took my luggage and helped me carry it to the hotel. Such an amazing warm and helpful touch. We were greeted by Elisa who was kind enough to let us check-in earlier as we had two tired kids. We had the two connecting double rooms which were very clean. Comfortable beds and great AC. Unfortunately the window couldnt really open because there was construction in that side of the street (and the room is on the ground floor) but luckily the room was bright enough with lighting. It is in a great area around the corner from all the restaurants and about a 5 block walk to the main train station which you will need to take if you also plan to take day trips to Cinque Terre or other areas such as Portofino. Elisa was a very nice and friendly person and gave us good recommendations on what to do around the area. :)
