A cozy and comfortable 75-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the mezzanine level (accessible via 5 steps) of a historic building in a picturesque Ligurian alleyway. The property is located in Cadimare, a seaside village and hamlet of the municipality of La Spezia, just a short walk from the harbour and strategically located for exploring the beautiful towns of Le Grazie and Portovenere.

The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.

The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed and TV;

- KITCHEN with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, and dining table;

- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, armchair, and dresser;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split system in the living room and bedroom), independent heating, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, clotheslines, coat hangers, and hair dryer.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.



At check-in, we will need to record the details of each guest as required by Italian law; therefore, you will be asked to present a valid ID.

Please note that check-ins outside the specified hours must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:

- between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM: 30 euros.



At check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash, which is €2.50 per person per night.



The apartment is located in Cadimare, a hamlet in the municipality of La Spezia and one of the thirteen seaside villages of the Gulf of La Spezia. The property is just a short walk from the harbour, in an area with several bars and restaurants, and is ideally located for visiting Portovenere and Le Grazie (by car or public transportation). La Spezia Central Station, the preferred starting point for visiting the Cinque Terre, is only 7 km away (just over 20 minutes by bus).



Among the main points of interest:

- Portovenere: 15 minutes by car (9 km) / 25 minutes by public transportation;

- La Spezia (Train Station): 12 minutes by car (9 km) / 25 minutes by public transportation;

- Cinque Terre (in order of decreasing distance from La Spezia: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore): 25 minutes by train to Riomaggiore from La Spezia Central Station.



- Trattoria Il Centro Cadimare (seafood restaurant): 1-minute walk – 55 metres;

- Jolly Roger (bar): 2-minute walk – 130 metres;

- La Bottega sma (grocery store): 20-minute walk/4-minute drive - 1.7 km.



- The best way to reach the apartment and explore the area is by car. There are several free parking spots near the property; however, please be mindful of resident-only zones and parking spots requiring a parking disc (clearly marked). Our keyholder will provide you with all the necessary information.



- From La Spezia Central Station, you can reach the apartment in about 25 minutes by taking bus No. 30 to the “Cadimare Paese” stop, which is a 1-minute walk from the apartment.
