Lamansarda was born from the experience of traveling and my desire and that of Claudia to make travelers live in a romantic place on the roofs of Spezia where the large windows of the roof, the wooden beams and the ancient stone of the walls joined to furniture are the masters they too are ancient and carefully selected, the house is painted in warm and welcoming colors.
Equipped with everything needed to sleep comfortably, to wash and wash and to cook, all carefully prepared to allow guests to spend a stay in the best possible comfort.

First of all, Luca (the host) is so helpful. He offers suggestions, immediately answers questions, and has set up the apartment with everything one needs. By far, an excellent host. The apartment itself is beautiful. The pictures in the listing look really good, but when you walk in, your eyes widen because it’s perfect.Three minute walk to train station, 3-4 minute walk to pedestrian shopping area and outdoor market, and 4 minute walk to COOP grocery store that has everything you need.If you are lucky enough to rent this apartment, you will be pleased. Luca is awesome.

Great base camp for discovering Cinque Terre

Luca was welcoming and helpful. This was the perfect spot with all acessible amenities for discovering, hiking and exploring the Cinque Terre area. Well stocked apartment.

Wonderful and unique apartment

A friend and I spent three nights at Luca‘s apartment and would definitely recommend it. It is very comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Luca went above and beyond to make sure that all our needs were met even after check-in. The apartment is on the top floor so there are some stairs, but this is why the apartment is so unique. It was very, very clean and welcoming.

Location, location, location

This apartment was so close to the train station at La Spezia ( arrival/departure and Cinque Terre) and a short walk to the main shopping area with restaurants etc. The apartment was up 5 flights of stairs (no lift), but it was nice and light because of the skylights. It was a good size, lots of room for the 2 of us. I made use of the cooking facilities and washing machine which were supplied. The owner gave us some good recommendations for restaurants which we ate at 2; La Pia for the farinata and lunch at Osteria all'Inferno dal 1905 which was underground. We went early so we could get in without a reservation. We thoroughly recommend this place.

Short stay in La Spezia

The apartment was well equipped and perfect location for exploring the local area by train. We were kept fit by climbing the stairs to the 5th floor daily. Luca provided information and was prompt to answer any queries, would happily return.

We had a very pleasant stay at Lamarsada in La Spezia. The host was friendly and helpful and made check-in and communication easy.The apartment is spacious, very clean, and nicely furnished. The internet connection was fast and stable, which was convenient during our stay. The location is also a clear advantage: the train station is less than a 5-minute walk away, making the apartment a practical base for trips and hikes in the Cinque Terre.Overall, a comfortable and well-located apartment that we would recommend for anyone visiting La Spezia.

Nous avons séjourné chez Luca qui est vraiment très disponible.Son appartement est très agréable et très pratique. Et très calme.Une fois la voiture garée (gratuit grace au QRCode qu il fournit) tout se fait à pied.Appartement à 200 m du centre ville et à 2 pas de la gare.Accès facile aux 5 terres en train.Encore merci Luca

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir sind den Cinque Terre Trail gewandert, dafür liegt die Wohnung perfekt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Über den Dächern von La Spezia

Alles war super und die Wohnung sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einwandfrei. Es gab innerhalb von ein paar Minuten eine Nachricht. Wir haben die Küche nicht genutzt aber es war alles vorhanden. Klimaanlage funktionierte in beiden Zimmern (Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer) ohne Probleme. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich das Zentrum welches in ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg gut zu erreichen ist. Zum Parken gab es einen Zettel, den wir einfach ins Auto legen mussten um innerhalb der blauen Linien kostenlos parken zu können. Toll! Einziger Nachteil an der Wohnung: sie liegt in der 5. Etage ohne Aufzug. Das sollte man berücksichtigen wenn mal eventuell nicht gut zu Fuß ist bzw. schwere Hartschalenkoffer bei sich hat.

Wunderschöne Frühlingsferien

Herzlichen Dank an Luca. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung in La Spezia. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und Innenstadt gefiel uns sehr gut. Der Standort ist für Wanderungen in der Umgebung sehr geeignet. Wir kommen wieder!

Perfect stay

Everything about La Mansarda was perfect when we stayed over the New Year of 2023. The space, the style of decoration, everything needed in terms of equipment and more. The location is great too, super near the station yet quiet. Convenient shops and café just round the corner for essentials, just a few hundred meters from the main pedestrian street in town. Luca was wonderfully helpful with everything, making himself fully available for any needs and down to calling to reserve a table for us for a New Year dinner on the day of our arrival from Paris! Most highly recommended

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour à deux dans cet appartement idéalement situé pour visiter les cinq terres ou Portovenere car à deux pas de la gare. De plus, Luca est très réactif à nos demandes et y répond toujours avec attention.

Schöner als in der Beschreibung!

Ich verbrachte fünf Tage in La Spezia und wohnte in der schönen Wohnung auf der 5. Etage eines alten Hauses in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Luca hat mich dort abgeholt und die Wohnung übergeben. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet, war sehr sauber, alles funktionierte und sie ist sehr ruhig. Ich habe mich richtig wohl gefühlt und ich kann La Mansarda auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Ueli
