This charming Californian-style villa promises tranquility and absolute comfort! Accommodating up to 10 people, it offers a large sunny terrace with a beautiful garden lounge for your poolside aperitifs, a dining area with an electric plancha, and a heated pool for unforgettable holidays.

VILLA LAYOUT

In the light-filled living/dining area, with its high ceilings, the heart of the villa, you will find an open kitchen, a bar counter, a dining area with a table for 6 (with an extension), and a lounge area equipped with a flat-screen TV and a Sonos sound system. Two large, very comfortable sofas invite relaxation. This room opens onto a large sunny terrace, featuring a shaded dining area with a large table for 10, an electric plancha, and a foosball table. On the other side, two sofas beckon for a nap next to the garden lounge and pool.

The kitchen is, of course, fully equipped with a kettle, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, and dishwasher.

BEDROOM AND BATHROOM LAYOUT

On the main level, to the left, you will find a bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, and a separate guest WC. To the right, you will discover the master bedroom with its canopy bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, double sink, and WC.

On the mezzanine, two bedrooms, each with two single beds, share a bathroom with a shower and WC, as well as a small office area.

On the garden level, you will find the last bedroom with its own bathroom, featuring a shower and WC, along with a laundry room (washing machine + dryer) and a game room equipped with a pool table and TV.

These welcoming and comfortable bedrooms offer a practical layout, ideal for a group of children and adults, ensuring everyone has their own space.

OUTDOORS

On the terrace surrounding the house, chairs and a dining table for 12 are arranged, perfect for dining in the shade while enjoying the outdoors and fresh air. An independent outdoor kitchen unit is available on the terrace, with a sink, plancha, and hood, allowing you to cook outside.
At the other end of the terrace, there is a relaxation area with a coffee table, a sofa, and two armchairs.
On the side, a staircase leads to the second part of the terrace, directly connecting to the garden, with both shaded and sunny spots.
A pétanque court is also available in the garden, offering enjoyable outdoor games.

EQUIPMENT & SERVICES

The villa offers several key amenities, including two parking spaces, a plancha, and the pool. A ping-pong table and foosball table are also available for your enjoyment.

Wi-Fi is available and allocated to this villa.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A 4000€ bank hold will be required as part of the rental agreement. Managed through a secure online service by Swikly, this is a mandatory step that must be completed before arrival.
The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not affect your card’s spending limits.
Within 7 days after your departure, and provided the general terms and conditions are respected and the property is returned in perfect condition, this operation will be automatically canceled.

INTERACTIONS WITH GUESTS

Solène, a local to the region, will be present to welcome you upon your arrival and familiarize you with the villa. She will also be available during your stay for any special requests or information you may need.
