Surrounded by a lovely, fully fenced garden with an electric gate and parking space, it features a 6x4m heated, chlorine-treated swimming pool, 1.10m to 1.60m deep, and secured by a cover. The pool is heated from Easter to October. Outside, you'll also find a dining area with garden furniture and an outdoor lounge on a covered terrace, a Weber barbecue, a ping-pong table, and a pétanque court for enjoyable evenings. The cottage comprises a spacious and bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, 2-burner gas hob and 2-burner induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc.), a dining area, and a lounge area (flat-screen smart TV with DVD player, wood-burning stove (firewood is available at the local shop 300m away)). A hallway with a large wardrobe leads to a first bedroom with a 160x200cm bed overlooking the pool, a second bedroom with two 90x200cm beds overlooking the garden, and a third bedroom with a 160x200cm bed also overlooking the garden. A spacious and very pleasant bathroom with a double shower and vanity unit provides access to a fourth, separate bedroom (one 160x200cm bed) with French doors opening onto the pool. A second bathroom with a vanity unit and toilet, and a separate toilet complete the accommodation. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. There are two air conditioning units, one in the hallway leading to the bedrooms and one in the living room. Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available as optional extras. Firewood for the fireplace is not included. Electricity and heating are included. A security camera is pointed at the gate. Pets are welcome with a €240.00 security deposit.
