Located in La Tremblade, this 40 m² mobile home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a well-equipped private kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, private TV, and step-free indoor access. The private garden and both covered and open terraces provide pleasant outdoor spaces for relaxation.



Shared facilities include a heated pool and a children’s paddling pool, open from mid-May to mid-September, with lifeguards in July and August. There’s also a playground, ping-pong table, and communal barbecue. A tennis court is available, and the beach is about 3 km away.



Private on-site parking is provided, with additional street parking available. One pet is welcome. Smoking and events are not permitted. Babysitting can be arranged only in July and August.



The property sits on a 150 m² plot in a quiet, well-equipped environment. Nearby: Royan markets, zoo, amusement park open nightly in July and August until 2 a.m., islands, and aquarium. Evening entertainment is offered daily in July and August. Please note: towels are not provided, and a variable campsite tourist tax applies depending on the season.



Cleaning is not included and must be done by guests.
