The living area consists of a fully equipped American kitchen, with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press. This kitchen opens onto the dining room, a space that invites moments of sharing around good meals, then onto the living room, a warm place ideal for chatting or relaxing in front of the television.



The house has 4 bedrooms, thus able to accommodate up to 10 people (6 adults maximum and 3 children). The master suite, located on the ground floor, is a privileged space for relaxation, offering a view of the pool, a king-size bed and a bathroom with WC, a complete and peaceful space for a couple. A second bedroom on the ground floor also offers a king-size bed; its lavender colour makes it a perfect relaxing place for a good night's sleep.



Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, with a sloping ceiling and decorated with touches of blue as well as a floor in aged wood imitation, evoking the soothing atmosphere of the seaside. Finally, the last bedroom under the attic offers 4 single beds, perfect for children who will enjoy resting there after a moment of complicity.
