The house, renovated in June 2026 and measuring 48 m², is set in a quiet area with direct access to Plage des Bretons (just crossing a calm street). Bright and welcoming, it features an air-conditioned living room and a private, fenced garden with no overlooking neighbors, complete with a shaded dining area and a barbecue. A parking space and a garage with bicycles are available for your use.
The port and all amenities are less than a 10-minute walk away. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with beds that can be arranged as singles or doubles and stacked (5 beds in total), plus a bathroom with toilet. On the ground floor, you'll find an independent kitchen, a separate toilet, a living room with a leather sofa bed, a dining table, a TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Four vintage bicycles are also available for your use. Pets are welcome as long as they leave no trace of their stay, both inside and outside.
