Apartment Kanat IIis located on the first floor of a house, offering the convenience of being just a minute's walk away from beaches, the harbor, restaurants, bars, and grocery shops. For additional shopping needs, the mall and several supermarkets are a quick 10-minute drive away in the town of Labin. The apartment spans a total area of 72 m², featuring a 16 m² panoramic terrace.
