Villa Cap Nord: This renovated old villa, located in the heart of the seaside resort of Lacanau Océan, offers a stay setting that is both charming and practical. Just 400 metres from the ocean and 200 metres from shops, it allows you to fully enjoy the beach and town centre activities without any travel constraints. The lake is also accessible 5 km away, ideal for varying pleasures between sea and freshwater.



The house opens onto a pleasant living space with a living room equipped with armchairs, a table and a television. The adjoining dining area is fitted with a table and chairs for convivial meals. The functional kitchen is equipped with a sink, a gas cooker, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, storage spaces as well as the crockery and utensils necessary for cooking.



The villa has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is fitted with a double bed of 140 cm, a single bed of 90 cm and a wardrobe, ideal for accommodating a family. The second bedroom offers a double bed of 140 cm. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin unit, a shower, WC and a washing machine.



Outside, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue allows you to enjoy meals outdoors, even in capricious weather. The enclosed garden of approximately 400 m² offers a secure and pleasant space to relax. A parking space is also available.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and can be offered as an option upon request. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Environnement bruyant

intèrieur vieillot. Maison bien située mais environnement bruyant jour ( circulation automobile ) et nuit (fêtards et bagarres ). Porte d'entrée et de communication avec la terrasse d'une hauteur de 1,67m. Je mesure 1,79m et je me suis souvent cogné le dessus du crâne , ce qui m'a occasionné deux plaies ( je ne doit pas être le seul ) . Nous louons des gites dans différents régions et plusieurs fois par an , nous n'avions jamais eut tous ces inconvénients ... La prestation n'est pas en rapport avec le prix !!!

Wunderbare zwei Wochen in Lacanau

Wohnung geräumig und gemütlich, sehr französisch. Umfangreiche Ausstattung mit Mobiliar und Gerätschaften. Großer Garten mit Stellplatz fürs Auto. Exzellente Lage: 100 m zum Supermarkt, 400 m zum Strand, Restaurants und Läden aller Art in unmittelbarer Umgebung. 6 km mit dem Rad zum Lac de Lacanau. Betreuung vor Ort unkompliziert.
