Located in the immediate vicinity of the beaches and the centre of Lacanau Océan, it benefits from a fibre optic wifi connection, ideal for holidays combining relaxation and practicality.
Its location is particularly appreciated, with the ocean accessible at approximately 250 metres, shops at 300 metres and the lake 5 km away, allowing one to fully enjoy the resort and its surroundings.
The entrance has a storage cupboard. The ground floor features a pleasant living area with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV unit and a television. A wet room with a shower and toilet completes this level. The kitchen area, open and functional, is equipped with a sink, ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, storage cupboards as well as crockery and kitchen utensils.
