On the ground floor, the generous living and dining room spans 33 m2 and provides direct access to the swimming pool, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor leisure. The first bedroom on this level features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a television, and direct access to the swimming pool. A second bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm each, a hand-basin, and a shower, and also benefits from direct access to the swimming pool. The open kitchen is fitted with a bar and comes fully equipped for self-catering stays. The ground floor further includes a bathroom with WC, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin.
