3 Bedroom, Top Floor Condo with Winnipesaukee Lake Views

Come enjoy a family vacation at The Village at Winnipesaukee! Short walk to Weirs Beach. Ride the train, take a cruise on The Mount Washington or deliver the mail on the U.S. Mail Boat. We are less than an hour to the White Mountains and plenty of hiking trails. Take the kids to Story Land or the new Living Shores Aquarium. Head to North Conway for a day of shopping. Fall is also a great time to visit for leaf peeping or enjoy a quiet weekend away.

The 3 bedrooms have all new beds and mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can eat in or enjoy many of the nearby restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Relax on the balcony to watch the fireworks, watch The Mount Washington set sail or take in the Mountain View.

The condominium association has an outdoor pool, playground, tennis courts, basketball court, laundry room and a BBQ patio next to the pool. There is onsite parking.

Linens are included, however towels are not included. Please bring your own bath, beach and hand kitchen towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper & dish detergent are also included. No pets and no smoking. This is a 3rd floor condo with stairs down to the building and up to the unit.

Perfect place to stay with family

The place was perfect for 5 adults and 2 children. Clean, spacious, well equipped but not cluttered. The host was very proactive, sending all information needed before hand. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The place has great amenities, is walking distance to the lake. Short drive to groceries and restaurants in the area.

Fantastic!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here for Labor Day Weekend! The space was exactly as described, and the view from the back porch was just perfect! We walked down to the Weirs Beach boardwalk area for dinner, and it was a short drive (or long walk) to the beach from the condo. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great Condo

The property manager was very organized and pleasant. The condo has a perfect setup for families. It was very clean. The location is great, there is lots to do in the area. Pool was fantastic. The living room could use a TV update, but other than that, it is a great unit. We had a great experience and I would book again.

Great Getaway

Wonderful location! So much to do in the immediate area. The condo was very clean and the beds are the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a rental. The pool and playground were nice to have onsite. We travel up to NH annually for a family vacation and if we end up in the Laconia area again we’d definitely stay here again! Great hosts and great property. Thanks!

Condo with a view and great location!

Great rental experience. Needed a place close to Meredith for a wedding that son and daughter-in-law law attended so Grammy and Grampy could babysit 7 week old grand daughter. Could not have asked for a better set up, multiple bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very convenient , comfortable tv sectional. Perfectly located for our needs. 3rd floor gave a nice view of the lake. Condo was fully loaded. Would definitely rent here again. Communication with owner was easy and responsive. Thank you for sharing your home.

Crazy Ladies Weekend

We loved this place so much. I use to vacation here the next building over since I was 8 untill My dad had passed away in 2001. For me this property brought back so many great memories of my childhood of the area and cannot wait to book again.

We were in town for a wedding at the Argate on the water. Very close to anything you may want to do or need. Beautiful , quiet community with all the amenities. Very impressed with accommodations, owner contact, and overall stay. Highly recommend to anyone. Was very pleased with porch and beautiful view , sunsets and pool. Beds are very comfortable.
