Our "Executive Garden Apartment With Pool And Lake Views, Laglio" has been lovingly appointed including air conditioning.The living room features a luxury sofa, dining for 6 plus widescreen TV with satellite selected UK channels. The kitchen has been stylishly designed and boasts every mod con including dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment sleep up to six guests, two bedrooms with ample wardrobe space (double and twin). Whilst the sofa bed doubles up as third bedroom in the living room if required. Both bathrooms have been designed to an excellent standard with quality tiles and a contemporary shower in each. Large wrap around balcony with stunning 180 degree lake views, the ideal spot to enjoy an aperitif as you watch the sun go down! Spacious private garden kitted out with smart garden furniture including sun loungers and bbq ideal for enjoying an alfresco feast or summer bbq. Shared swimming pool (5 apartments in total). Appartement trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs propre avec belle vue sue le lac. Absence d’ampoules dans toutes les lampes( soucis d’economie!), wifi trĂšs faible,BBQ sale. ProcĂ©dure d’arrivĂ©e Ă  revoir. Nous avons mis 1h Ă  trouver l’appartement car les renseignements fournis Ă©taient inadĂ©quates ,nous faisant garer ds un parking Ă  l’autre bout de l’appartement. Heureusement que l’hĂŽtelier proche de ce parking a pu nous guider( visiblement habituĂ© Ă  ce problĂšme)
..Alors qu’avec un numĂ©ro de rue et un restaurant tout proche,c’etait tout simple!!!!!!

Prachtige woning op een prachtige plek

Prachtige woning op een prachtige plek. Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon ovef heg Comomeer. De woning was van alles voorzien. Mooi privé zwembad, deze had wel vaker schoongemaakt moeten/kunnen worden , mooi zitje. Nadeel is de trap naar boven als je een lichamelijke handicap hebt. Mooie plek en een hele mooie omgeving

A superior property , close to the Lake with wonderful views - perfect for two couples

A superior property with regards to the living area, balcony and small private outdoor grass area. Wonderful lake views and also close to the pool with a view of this as well. Kitchen has all you need but on the smallish size. The bedroom with the two single beds has double French doors making it nice and light. The king bed room has an en suite but just a single French door and therefore a bit darker with a more limited view. However, you spend much of your time on the balcony or in the living area with the great views. The balcony faces east. There are 62 steps from the lakefront road to the entrance of the property so quite a climb with heavy luggage but so worth it. A garage is available but as we were slightly off season public parks were always available at the bottom of the steps. The hosts were so helpful with arranging a taxi to attend a crucial event. The ferry does not stop here so to have a car is best as the C10 bus is a bit unreliable. We would stay here again without a second thought.

Super Lage- Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen

Tolle Lage, in der Ausstattung der Wohnung einige enttĂ€uschende Details: Balkonbeleuchtung funktioniert nicht, Sonnenschirm hĂ€lt nicht, Sofa fĂ€llt fast auseinander, viele angeschlagene Teller, dicke Rostflecken in der Dusche etc . DafĂŒr ist der Preis dann zu hoch!

The views are amazing, the property was clean and well equipped, the pool is lovely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.The property is fine but there were just a few things that needed checking. There was nothing major and it certainly didn't spoil our stay and we would return. Laglio is a quiet,pretty village but it is worth noting that eating out at a reasonable cost without getting in the car is challenging. However, the Pizzeria just up on the top road looks quite ordinary but the food and hospitality are excellent. The nearest supermarket, Bennet, that we found, is just in Como and has a wonderful selection of food and drink. The little grocer in Laglio is small but has most things and there is a fruit and vegetable stall in the small car park at the bottom of the apartment steps on a Tuesday morning which is also good. We didn't find the steps to be a particular issue although were glad to reach the top with our suitcases! However, for some people they could be a problem.The swimming pool is lovely and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves nearly all of the time. The difficulty, if you can call it that, is actually leaving the wonderful view. the pool, and the feeling of peace and making the effort to go out. The nearest lake boats are in Argegno about fifteen minutes drive away and it is certainly worth using them to visit Bellagio and other lakeside villages. The cable car in Argegno is really worth the effort. A week was hardly long enough and we would love to return.
