The entrance leads directly to the first floor, where there’s a fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances. The spacious open-plan living and dining area features sliding doors that open onto the balcony, complete with comfortable seating for 4 guests—ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation.
The property comfortably accommodates 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor. One is a double en-suite bedroom, while the other is a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. Propre, calme, spacieux, bien aménagé, beaucoup d'équipements (wifi, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, fer à repasser, aspirateur...) mais aussi serviettes de plage, liquide vaisselle, lessive, produits d'entretien à disposition et ça c'est un plus pas besoin d'en acheter. La vue est magnique et l'on peut profiter du balcon pour l'admirer. La plage est proche et le petit village charmant sont accessibles à pieds. La piscine du lotissement est un peu petite mais agréable. Les canapés sont un peu sales et tachés, ils mériteraient un petit nettoyage. Mais sinon nous avons pu profiter d'un agréable séjour avec tous ces avantages.
