Pour commencer kevin est sympathique mais niveau ménage il est pas doué je sais pas si c'est lui qui d'habitude ce charge ce cette tâche bref le logement est spacieux et bien agencé certe le lit japonais est curieux mais bon vue la hauteur sous plafond de la chambre pas bien le choix et jai trouvé cela confortable,bon faut l'avoué cest 1 peu bruyant avec la route mais pour 2 nuits ça va concernant la proximité avec le centre de la Rochelle cest correct avec 1 parking grauit rue des remparts pour l'ensemble je dirais que cest correct

Merci pour l'accueil. Le studio est grand pour 3 adultes. Les pièces sont bien agencées. Le bemol est le lit sous la toiture. Difficile pour adulte et personne ayant des problèmes de dos. Beaucoup de bruits de circulation. Merci pour le bon acceuil.

Des conditions inégales

La communication à l’arrivée ont été parfaites. L’appartement est très sympa dans sa conception, la mezzanine et son couchage très appréciés par notre fille et la salle de bain est belle et très pratique. Les gros bémols sont la proximité de la route passagère, l’inconfort du canapé convertible et, à un moindre degré, l’absence de poubelle (du moins nous ne l’avons pas trouvée).

Gîte agréable.

Bon séjour, cependant lit futon un peu dur et quelques travaux qui n'ont dérangé que notre chienne. Dans l'ensemble bon séjour. Suffisant pour 1 couple avec 2 enfants. Gîte lumineux et spacieux.

Belle maison

Belle maison idéale pour 3 personnes. Grand jardin. A proximité du centre de la Rochelle. Très bon contact avec la gérante qui est très réactive. Une belle expérience à renouveler.
