This beautiful ground floor apartment is the ideal place for a family holiday. The accommodation provides the perfect place for friends or family to relax after a fun and energising day in the pool or by the beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated in the exclusive and award winning Lagos Marina development.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and located on the ground floor, so is totally child friendly and overlooks the exclusive gardens and pools. The interior comprises of 2 bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds. There is second family bathroom with walk in shower, vanity basin and WC.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the open plan living area with patio doors leads to a large balcony with additional seating for alfresco dining. There are then just three small steps that lead down to the lovely gardens and pools surrounded by sun loungers and parasols.
The accommodation offers an ideal base for couples or families being on the ground floor is extremely child friendly.

The apartment is fully lift accessible from the basement garage, which makes it ideal for those with mobility problems.

One of the key attractions of this apartment is its location, as a car is not required. All the amenities, restaurants, bars, beaches, supermarkets are all within a short walking distance. The beautiful meia praia beach with its 5km of white sand is a 15-minute walk away. In the evenings enjoy a walk along the Avenida dos Descobrimentos to the old fort, where you can step back in time to the age of the discoverers and enjoy watching the sun set.

A short walk over the footbridge, along the avenida, you will find yourself in the centre of Lagos, to enjoy all the ambiance and atmosphere of this beautiful historic town. We initially had some problems with the wall heaters but we were able to figure that out. It was really cold in the winter. Not greatest experience to go to Lagos in the winter. Toilet seats were a bit shaky and door knobs were coming loose but it was a nice condo

Stayed within the complex many times and the apartment was by far the best we have stayed in. Son and his partner and baby stayed in the adjoining apartment which worked out perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

Loved absolutely everything about the apartment from the layout, the space and cleanliness, plus the fact of it being a ground floor which made it extremely convenient for us as family to pop back and forth from the swimming pool for food/drinks/shade. The pool itself and the gardens were immaculate with plenty of space and available sun loungers. The proximity to the supermarket was also great factor. The marina as well as the town are only a short walk away and the property offers plenty of parking outside. Overall, we had a excellent stay and we would definitely look to return. Thank you, Caroline and Lisa for a wonderful holiday!

Apartment near Lagos Marina

We had a lovely family holiday at the apartment. It was perfectly located near to the marina and just a 10minute walk into the town. The pool was very pleasant and we always managed to get a sunlounger so not too busy. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was across the street from a Supermarket so again a great location. The beds were very comfortable and aircon if needed! Brilliant holiday we hope to return thank you.

Relaxing comfortable Apartment

The apartment had absolutely everything you could need and was spacious for a family of 4. Close enough to the old town if you dont mind a walk which is a pleasant stroll around the marina. Check in was straight forward and the host was more than accommodating on arrival and department times. All in all a great stay.

A spacious, clean apartment (as pictured). Limited view, from the nicely furnished patio. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Great communications with owner - prompt and helpful responses, also with Lisa our "greeter". Convenient parking right by the building front door. Grocery store and wine shop a short walk across the street. Easy short walk to Marina and Old Town (great for older folks like us.) A cool six weeks in Lagos (February to mid-March) when we were there so needed the heaters! The morning sun helped with warmth but some afternoon sun would have helped with comfort. Enjoyed our stay.

Lovely apartment and very comfortable

We have stayed in this complex before and think it's the perfect location when visiting Lagos. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There is also everything you need provided. The apartment being on the ground floor makes popping and and out to the pool very easy which is very handy when travelling with family. The girl who met us on arrival was very friendly and helpful and the booking process was very smooth. We would not hesitate in booking this apartment again when visiting Lagos.

The flat is located in a quiet area. It is conformed to the pictures. It is clean and tidy except for the sofa ( used with stains) . A cover would be a good idea. The swimming pool is great. A perfect place for families! Liza was very nice !

Lovely Apartment in Great Complex with Swimmimg Pool

We really enjoyed our stay in Lagos in this apartment which is part of the Marina complex. The apartment location is superb as it backs onto the open air swimming pool complex and is only a short walk away from some great bars and restaurants in the Marina complex. Right across the road is the newly refurbished Pingo Doce Supermarket which has just about everything you will ever need (the fish counter and wine selection is out of this world). The town and lovely beaches are within walking distance and Lagos just has so many fabulous restaurants. Meia Praia beach located near the town was just wonderful. The apartment has just about everything you need and is very clean and tidy with a good functional kitchen and air conditioning units. The outdoor pool area was only a few yards away from patio of the apartment so you could spend time around the pool and pop back to the apartment for a drink or lunch or just to escape the sun for a while. All in all what more could you ask for and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely large swimming pool & pool area not crowded. Bars & restaurants nearby on harbour. A lovely 20 minutes walk to main town with lots of lovely fish restaurants & shops. Would definitely stay here again as a fantastic apartment in an excellent location.
