FABULOUS 2 BED LUXURY APARTMENT, GREAT VIEWS, MARINA VILLAGE, 120M2

This luxury spacious top floor apartment has 95 m2 of living space and a 25m2 terrace with great views across the city of lakes, and the sea. The Marina, city, sothat shops are located nearby and are 5min walk. The apartment as a large sunny SW facing terrace with exceptional views and a large dining table. It overlooks a secluded private garden and pool area with shower and toilet facilities, which are for the exclusive use of apartment is fully air conditioned and independently controlled. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, each with 2 large bed (160), one with an en-suite bathroom and the second with an adjoining bathroom with shower. Every room is fitted with large cupboards with arrangements. Kitchen is fully equipped and leads to the open plan living area with large double glass doors which open to the large terrace. It comes complete with, wifi, internet and TV, DVD and crisp bed linens sheets and towels. Hot water is managed through solar energy. My representative at the Marina Village will be there to great you upon arrival and where possible to say goodbye at departure.

Minimum stay 7 days

Rates per week: April-June 750 €, July- August 890 €, September-October 650 € .Winter period 490 € .Long stay 1 month, 1450 €

Additional expenses for heating during the winter period. Rates do not include laundry and cleaning, Price is 50 € for your stay.

50% is paid when booking, The remainining 50% is paid 30 days before the stay.

A 300 € deposit will be requested to you at your arrival and given back to you at your departure.
Dogs or cats are accepted and free of charge.

L'appartement répond en tous points au descriptif

La location est trĂšs agrĂ©able, situĂ©e dans un immeuble de qualitĂ©, calme et bien entretenu. L'appartement quand Ă  lui est trĂšs bien conçu, parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©, facile Ă  vivre et Ă  entretenir. La terasse est trĂšs grande, avec une belle vue et avec la possibilitĂ© d'ĂȘtre utilisĂ©e quasi en continu dans la journĂ©e malgrĂ© la chaleur. La piscine est Ă©galement bien entretenu avec un rĂšglement intĂ©rieur qui permet une grande sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ©. Enfin, le positionnement de la rĂ©sidence permet en quelques minutes en voiture d'accĂ©der au centre de Lagos, aux plages et Ă  l'autoroute permettant de visiter l'algarve.

Nous avons passé mon mari et moi un excellent séjour à Lagos.L'appartement est idéalement situé et offre une vue magnifique sur Lagos,la Marina et la mer.Il possÚde en outre tout ce qu'i faut, et plus encore ,pour vous rendre la vie agréable.La décoration est trÚs soignée et avec beaucoup de bon goût,ce qui change de la majorité des locations de vacances.Notre hÎte,Christian,nous a envoyé tous les éléments utiles à l'avance.Sur place sa représentante,Vanessa, a été prévenante et efficace tout au long de notre séjour.Un appartement à vivement recommander,ou nous reviendrons surement. This is a really lovely clean and comfortable apartment which is also very well equipped. Check in and out was super easy with a very helpful and friendly local agent. Views over to the town of Lagos were lovely and just a shame that a new block being built at the side is now restricting the view towards the sea. Despite this nearby construction it did not affect our enjoyment of the property and we would have no hesitation in booking again. There is a small mini market just a few steps away for essentials and the marina and also a large Pingo Doce supermarket is about a 10 to 15 minute walk down the hill. Roadside parking was also easy in the quiet road right outside the block entrance and there is a lovely pool area surrounded by greenery. One minor criticism was that although there is a smart TV it is an older one and does not have Wi-Fi connection, so You Tube and Netflix could not be used on it. We just used out tablets and phones which connected to the Wi-Fi hub fine. All in all a great choice for a stay at Lagos.

Es ist eine wirklich tolle, gerĂ€umige und gepflegte Wohnung, in der es an nichts mangelt. Der Vermieter und die ReprĂ€sentantin vor Ort, sind sehr freundlich, zuverlĂ€ssig und hilfsbereit.Der Fuß-Weg an die Marina und in die Stadt ist gut zu schaffen, wenn man auch nur halbwegs fit ist. Einziger Wehmutstropfen, wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes, war die Baustelle nebenan. Die ist ja aber nur temporĂ€r da.

Wonderful stay in Lagos

We had an amazing time at this beautiful apartment. It was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The quiet surroundings were a big plus for us. The apartment is within walking distance or a short drive from Lagos and its stunning beaches. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace for relaxing. The kids had fun in the pool, though we spent most of our time exploring the amazing Algarve coastline. Highly recommended!

Excellent apartment in excellent location

The apartment was exactly as described and in a lovely location. The apartment was very well kitted out and had everything I needed for my stay. There was ample on street parking right outside the apartment and the area felt very safe. The glassed in balcony is a great idea, especially for winter breaks as it allowed me to sit outside regardless of the weather. I would definitely return to Christian’s apartment when I next visit Lagos. The apartment is only a 5 min walk from the Marina and a 5 min drive from the beach. The old town of Lagos is approximately a 20 minute walk.

A perfect Lagos location

This top floor apartment had lovely views of the town and was in a perfect location for not only the town but in addition the beaches and Marina. The pool area was not overly busy and was quiet and secluded with pleasant lawns , trees and plants. The apartment itself was sufficiently roomy for the 3 of us with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area. Helpfully there were essential items left in the kitchen such as herbs, oils and spices as well as spare toiletries in the bathrooms. We didn’t go on holiday to watch TV, but it could probably do with updating , although it certainly wasn’t a problem and had several English speaking channels such as Sky News which we could view. An excellent stay in a secure and comfortable location.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use the swimming pool due to sickness, but my stay at the apartment was just A-MA-ZING. Everything was even better than what I saw on the Pictures. Perfect located from the center of Lagos and 20 to 25 minutes from Portimao. The hosts did their job, I can easily put them in my Top 2 from what I’ve seen in my travel experiences. I’ll definitely come back again! Obrigado!

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung an bester Lage

Diese moderne Wohnung ist an ruhiger erhöhter Lage mit Blick auf Lagos. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In wenigen Minuten spaziert man zur Marina. Auch die Innenstadt und die StrĂ€nde sind zu Fuss erreichbar. ParkplĂ€tze sind vorhanden und kostenlos. Wir haben die zwei Wochen in Lagos mit Wanderungen an der westlichen Algarve und vielen StrandspaziergĂ€ngen mit unserem Hund sehr genossen. Der Empfang war herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit gerne wieder hier Urlaub machen. Danke, Christian!

Schöne moderne Wohnung

Wir fanden eine schöne und moderne Wohnung mit großer Loggia vor. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben mit allem ausgestattet. Der Blick auf Lagos ist besonders Abends mit den Lichtern sehr schön. An der Wohnung gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Beautiful Lagos Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 day stay at this lovely apartment. It’s fairly close to the Lagos marina, where there are great restaurants. The condo has all the amenities required and a large balcony to enjoy a fantastic view of Lagos and partial ocean view. The pool area was fabulous with great green space. It is just as the photos. Tolle Wohnung mit Wahnsinns Ausblick

Wir haben unseren 2 wöchigen Sommerurlaub in der Wohnung verbracht. Der Kontakt sowohl zum Vermieter als auch zu der Verwalterin vor Ort war ausgesprochen angenehm, freundliche und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut und vollstĂ€ndig eingerichtet. Unser Highlight war der Ausblick vom Balkon. Hier kann man abends wunderbar bei einem Glas Wein den Blick ĂŒber die erleuchtete Stadt genießen. Die Anlage ist ruhig, von den Bewohnern der Nachbarwohnung haben wir so gut wie nichts mitbekommen. Am Pool ist es meist recht leer. Ein Vorschlag zur Optimierung wĂ€ren ein paar Sonnenschirme am Pool, da es dort leider keinen/ nur sehr wenig Schatten gibt. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Schönes Appartement in bester Lage

Super Appartement in bester Lage. 10 Minuten zur Marina und auch die Innenstadt und die StrĂ€nde sind nicht weit. Ruhige Gegend und schöner Stadtblick. Supermarkt auch nicht weit weg. Um der Ecke hat es ein kleiner laden mit den wichtigsten Sachen. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist gut. ParkplĂ€tze sind vorhanden und kostenlos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt die 11 Tage. Alles hat gut und unkompliziert geklappt.

In 1 woord zalig. Terras van 11 uur tot in de avond zo'n en in de decembermaand is dit een zegen en een zaligheid. De verhuurder geeft altijd snel en correct antwoord dus dit voelt heel vertrouwd en gelijk goed. Bij het inchecken en uitchecken is er Vanessa die je opwacht en alles uitlegt. Dit is net een stukje service die sommige anderen niet hebben. Buurt is rustig maar toch vlakbij het centrum en supermarkt op 5 minuten afstand. Dus als je twijfeld gewoon gaan!!!

Schicke Wohnung mit viel Komfort

Hier kann man sich direkt zu Hause fĂŒhlen ,vorallendingen ist die Terrasse ein Highlight.Der Sonnenuntergang ist unbeschreiblich.Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet.FĂŒr uns sehr wichtig,da wir gerne kochen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral,Stadt,Supermarkt und Strand in direkter Umgebung. Betreuung vor Ort durch Vanessa und Michael freundlich und unkompliziert. Selten so einen netten und zuvorkommenden Vermieter wie Christian erlebt.

Fabulous

Excellent apartment exactly as described and all you could want from a stay on the Algarve. Location was perfect - just a short walk to the marina and slightly further to the town. Well located on the Algarve for exploring the area. All in all a fabulous stay!
