Enjoy sweeping ocean views from this prime Pacific Coast Highway location, just two blocks from the crashing surf of Victoria Beach and one block from The Montage, Laguna's renowned resort and spa.

I dont usually give feedback but this was a stellar experience. The host thinks of the things people ACTUALLY care about, like parking, and convenient check in, he even let me mail a package there and offered to grab it and bring it to me, I could have my little sphyinx cat without paying exorbitant fees, AND the property had an AMAZING ocean view, incredibly convenient ocean access, GREAT neighborhood, excellent hiking, the place has a great vibe, and its much larger in person than it appears in the pictures. He even has all of the streaming apps and accounts so you dont have to sign in to many things....you can just turn on the tv and start watching. I LOVED this place so much I wanted to stay forever. BEST HOST I have had in a VERY LONG time.

We absolutely loved staying here. The patio/garden area is beautiful and relaxing. Had coffee every morning on the upstairs patio overlooking the ocean. The beds and bedding are to die for. The decor made me want to stay forever. It's a short walk to this little bay on the beach, which was clean and rather private. You will love it.

We loved this place. Beautiful 2 bedroom/2 baths/zen garden and rooftop deck. Nicely decorated and the owners from the Black Iris flower shop are very accommodating. You can walk to restaurants and visit the beautiful beach at the Montage Hotel. Highly recommend.

Can' say enough great thingsd about our almost five week stay. Gorgeous place fantastically appointed just as noted. The proerty manager was excellent in all communications. We saw saw Bill frequently, great guy, super nice and accomodating. Very very copmfortable and quiet. The AC was a plus on occasion. Multiple TVs and great internet. Kitchen perfect. There are steps to the place but no issues (good cardio). We often walked to Victoria Beach and the beaches at Montage. Trolley stopa block way ... easy. Nice relaxing garden area out side. The plants are gorgeous. Another set of outdoor steps takes you to you own private terrace with Ocean views. Can't say enought good things about it and the way it is run. An exceptional offering.

Right on main highway so has car noise. Rained prior to and first day of stay so outside furniture was damp. Main bedroom has own bathroom but mattress is very soft. No tissues in place. Kitchen is nice, provided caffenated pods. Excellent location to beach and Montague hotel area but on main highway. Bathrooms are small. Rooftop table with view of ocean is nice. Has decent parking spot.

Lovely vacation spot!

Beautiful property, has everything you need. We all used the large patio for hanging out by and doing some remote work. And there’s another spot upstairs with a great view. The location is amazing, walk to the Montage, Rubys or the shopping Center with CVS, La Sirena Grill etc. Take the trolley into town and don’t worry about parking. Lots of great hikes right outside your door. Bliss!

Great location

This house is very clean and comfortable. Centrally located and to have parking in California is great. The kitchen is well stocked and the beach access across the street is wonderful.

Fun Stay

Back patio was a highlight. Good to have a parking spot in Laguna. Easy walk to The Drake & Starfish for dinners & less than 10 minutes to the beach. We found the K bed to be too soft but that's a personal preference. One of 2 showers too small to use comfortably. Apt was clean. Good communication.

Great location

Here for a wedding just down the road so location was perfect. Parking spot a plus. Walk to the Drake for great food & music! Property was clean & comfy. Shower in main bathroom was tiny - one of us was not so tiny, but he managed. Back patio very relaxing, though it was quite hot during the day. Communication with host was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Exactly as advertised

The apartment is exactly as advertised and reviewed. Great location - a few minute walk to the beach and a couple of miles from downtown. Some reviews talk about street news and it is correct that the two bedrooms are on the coastal highway side but none of us heard it (accept if a very loud motorcycle drove by). We were never woken up during the night. Hosts also have sound machines in each room. Sleeper sofa was a problem (not comfortable as others have stated and broken) but they are replacing it this week so it won’t be a problem going forward. One of my friends slept on the living room couch and it was super comfortable. It felt like a bed due to its size and cushion. The back patio is idyllic. Great place to hang out. And the hosts are great communicators.

Beach Vacation Sancturary

This house truly was a sanctuary by the beach. From our mornings on the zen garden patio to our evenings watching the sunsets from the rooftop deck, it was all so amazing! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was ideal, with Victoria beach close by and downtown Laguna a short trolly ride away. We are definitely looking forward to coming again! This truly is a hidden gem!

A little Oasis

This furnished-with-love penthouse has access to a wonderful hidden terrace, giving you the feeling of having arrived in an oasis! The host is wonderful- very helpful and welcoming. Walking distance from the beach and even downtown Laguna!

Wedding trip

We were traveling for a wedding at the Montague. This is an excellent alternative to a hotel stay. Very close to this resort. Would stay here again. Would not consider otherwise.

Perfect location

Exactly what was needed for family of 5 on a 4 day getaway. Great location(10 min walk to one of the most beautiful beaches, treasure island and 5 min walk to the beach across the street). Able to wake up every morning and enjoy coffee and the ocean. Stocked with more then enough linen and toiletries. Prompt and attentive hosts. Never had a problem. Parking spot is tight(good for sedan) and steep flight of stairs up to the penthouse (not a big issue). Everything was great.

Wonderful!!

We loved staying here. The apartment is beautiful and interesting, AND immaculate. The patio is so lovely and the rooftop terrace is a special treat. The space accommodated our family —four adults and a 19 month old—quite well. The host was so personable and helpful, both before our travels and while we were there! An absolutely delightful stay!

Gem is right!

Stayed here 5 nights with my 80-yr-old parents and we honestly couldn’t have enjoyed it more. What a well-appointed and beautiful spot! Everyone involved was wonderfully attentive and friendly. Really can’t say enough - what a gem!
