With three elegantly appointed bedrooms and three baths, the property can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, making it an ideal retreat for family vacations or a group of friends seeking a serene getaway.

The master suite features a king-sized bed, where one can wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Second bedroom has two twin beds sweetly decorated, and the Third bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed, adorned with plush linens and tasteful decor that echo the natural beauty and tranquility of the beachside setting. For extra guests, the residence also includes a couch that can be converted to accommodate two more people temporarily, ensuring that no one misses out on the experience of this exquisite home.

The heart of the home is its chef's kitchen, with a large island, a spacious layout that invites guests to cook and socialize. The living areas are a testament to refined aesthetics, featuring stunning decor, luxurious furnishings, and elegant fixtures throughout. We are in a Beach Community with an HOA - two weeks minimum lease, there is a $2000 refundable deposit to the Emerald Bay Community and a $500 non- refundable application fee.
