Everything was excellent just wish they would have had air conditioning. We enjoyed the arts and crafts they provided for free. Staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. Would stay there again.

Very comfortable stay. Great for families with teenagers. Nothing fancy, but everything is solid. Only downside is the lack of air-condition, just fans. We slept with the sliding glass door open to allow airflow, so it was comfortable enough. Some people may be nervous about leaving a door open at night, and for those I suggest that you call management and arrange for the second floor so you can leave your windows and balcony door open.

Nicehotel.

This was a nice hotel with great staff. It’s great for families. We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time.

Totally unprepared

Pros: Washer and dryer
Cons: Having unit prepared for habitation.
Location: It was close to most things needed.
There was sand in my bed. A beetle crawled out of my bed. A geicko was in the kitchen. There were ants in the bathroom. The wifi did not work. It was hot with ceiling fans so we were given a floor fan and it did not work. It did not smell fresh in unit. Bed had to be changed,wifi box replaced, unit sprayed by exterminator, floor fan replaced and unit sprayed with fabreeze. It was as if no one knew we were coming!

Location: The location was awesome as it was very close to Lahaina. There is a lot of shopping in Lahiana as well as restaurants.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hono Koa. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My son loved the hot tub and the room had a great view of the ocean. The only thing was it did not have air conditioning. Although there was a pleasant breeze coming off the ocean to make it comfortable.
