I loved that the lobbie was open to the ocean breezes. Our room was awesome, pleanty of room, like we were at home. Staff at hotel were very friendly. I would return for the spectacular pool area and the drinks.

Overall it was a very nice property and hotel. Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that the beach area is pretty small and the spot to access it had a couple homeless people smoking crack or whatever it was that was making him tweak out. I didn't feel unsafe but my wife didn't feel safe if she wanted to go to the beach alone. Pool area and all the grounds are very nice. Rooms are big and clean. Staff was great. The food you can buy near the pool was horrible. We had it for dinner one night and basically couldn't eat it.

The room had a smell, and we found a cockroach during our stay. The customer service was not up to par. We stayed for a week and requested a change of bed sheets, but the lady at the reception was unhelpful and simply said, “We don’t do that.” We have never experienced this level of service anywhere we've been, and we certainly didn't expect it from Hilton.

Loved the pool, bar, location was good, parking included was nice however not enough handicap parking spots on the first level! The bottom level of the garage is not handicap accessible to the hotel. My particular bed was horrible, but I didn't ask for a change so that's my fault. They would've done something to fix the problem if I would've asked. staff was extremely nice.

We have been to the Hilton Beach Club a few years ago & when returning to Maui we HAD to return! Beautiful views, beachfront/access, AMAZING customer service, concierge staff are wonderful & knowledge, parking is EASY & covered, the pool is BIG & landscaped beautifully! The location is perfect. Steps away from yummy food trucks & a great grocery store, plus several local restaurants!

Here’s a polished and professional rewording of your review for Expedia: ⸻ We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very nice, and the bathroom was spacious with plenty of counter space. The shower had a rain-style head, which was a nice touch, though we had a bit of trouble figuring out how to use it at first. The kitchenette was extremely well-stocked—it had everything we needed, including scissors, a bottle opener, wine opener, rice cooker, and decent knives. The coffee maker was a little tricky, but thankfully, clear instructions were provided in one of the drawers. Beds were comfortable, and we slept well. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room helped keep things cool. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning seemed to turn off at a certain time during the night, which made it a bit stuffy, but it wasn’t a big deal. The pool area was clean and pleasant. Although the hotel asks guests not to reserve lounge chairs, some people still did. The waterslide looked fun, though we didn’t try it. We also didn’t use the beach chairs, but they seemed popular. One thing to note—the towel policy was a little frustrating. On our first day, we left early for the Road to Hāna, and it seemed like the staff were reluctant to provide more towels than the number of towel cards issued. However, it didn’t end up being a major problem, especially around the pool. Each floor only has one washer and dryer, so keep that in mind if you plan to do laundry
