This fully upgraded 1 bedroom plus den condo at the Honua Kai Resort boasts breathtaking views of the West Maui Mountains. With 915 sq. ft. of living space that has been renovated with designer furnishings, this condo offers two private sleeping areas, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a full-size tub.

Located on the peaceful south side of Konea Tower and just a few steps away from the elevator, you'll have easy access to the resort's pools, beach, Duke's restaurant, fitness center, spa, and underground parking. The main bedroom has a King size bed, access to the lanai, and a smart TV. The den has double doors that can be closed for privacy, its own closet, a queen bed, and smart TV.

The living room features upgraded furniture, a new flat-screen smart TV, a queen-size sofa bed, and bi-folding glass walls that open up to the outside lanai, allowing you to experience Maui's indoor/outdoor living. You can relax and unwind on the covered lanai with glass railings and incredible mountain and resort views.

Konea 312 also boasts a glass-walled walk-in shower, with a relaxing massage shower head, a separate oversized soaking tub, and two bathroom sinks with granite countertops for added convenience.

We were very familiar with this property as some of our friends have stayed here and I found that the whole process was super easy. The booking was simple and shortly after booking, I received several emails preparing us for our stay. Communication was very easy as well and even surprised us with an early check-in. The room itself had everything we needed and provided us (2 couples) with more than enough room. The only thing I could say that wasn't even in their control was the property had painters on our Lanai so we were not able to use any of the patio furniture. Again, nothing the property management could do. Would stay here again with our boys for sure!

Such a beautiful condo and resort! Our lanai was my favorite as it is right over the waterfall and little stream on the property. Very clean, spacious, updated and great location! We had a wonderful week staying at this property. Clean. Beautiful mountain views (no ocean views). Only negative was the master king bed mattress was not comfortable. But we loved the resort and the condo otherwise. Kids loved all the pools. Thanks for hosting us!

Lovely view of the mountain/green space. Well maintained with all the amenities you need. Beach chairs and boogie boards a nice bonus. Nice big balcony for eating outside. Grocery store and food trucks 2 min walk from complex. Resort itself is well maintained - only downside is villas and 2 huge condo units have access to 3 pools. Very limited access to lounge chairs - the resort has lots of signs that say "not to reserve chairs" but towels on every chair with no one on it. Close drive to whaler's village and hotels/restaurants along the strip.
