Proudly perched upon Ka'anapali, one of the world's most beautiful beaches, is the Hyatt Residence Club Ka'anapali. Within the lush borders of this sprawling tropical paradise, families are delighted year after year with exceptional service and amenities that only a five star hotelier is poised to provide. First class finishes including Bosch appliances, J.A Henckel cutlery, and Janis lounge furniture further enhance this five star experience.

This 2 bedroom oceanfront middle residence is guaranteed to be on floors 5-8 and commands impressive ocean views with dramatic vistas from Kahoolawe to Lanai.

The residence affords 1175 square ft. of interior living space and can sleep up to 7 guests. It has a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen convertible sofa sleeper in the living room. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a twin loveseat pullout. The master bedroom, living room, and balcony are all treated to oceanfront views.

Enjoy the convenience of a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with CeasarStone countertops, stainless steel Bosch appliances, custom wood cabinetry, and a full assortment of high quality dinnerware and cutlery. The residence also features an ensuite washer and dryer.

Relax and take in the views of the Pacific Ocean and Maui’s neighbor islands from your own spacious private balcony – comfortably furnished with its own modern lounge furniture.

The master bedroom is appointed with Hyatt’s signature king size Grand Bed and features outstanding oceanfront views. The luxurious master bath features a walk-in shower, separate vanities, and an elegant free-standing tub.

The Hyatt Residence Club Maui has its own infinity-edge tranquil pool as well as a family pool and a children’s pool. Lounge poolside in your own private cabana which can be rented from the resort or enjoy a poolside drink from the Pau Huaka’I Tiki Bar. The Residence Club also offers its own modern fitness center open 24 hours a day.

All of the pools at the Hyatt Grand Vacation were closed. They made the property at the Hyatt Regency available but that pool was under construction with Heavy equipment operating on the pool deck

Stellar residence in an amazing location.
While my family and I had stayed at the Hyatt Regency Maui in the past, I had never stayed at the Hyatt Residences next door. It was well appointed and spacious, with an expansive balcony that has a wide open view of the ocean and Lana’i island. Guests at the Hyatt Residences have privileges both at the Residence property and the Hyatt Regency hotel next door. The bathroom off of the primary bedroom is luxurious, with a huge tub that you can sit in and listen to the ocean when you open the sliding glass door to the balcony. The full kitchen was first rate and the in-unit washer dryer is very convenient to keep packing light. 100% will be back to this property.

Absolutely gorgeous property!
Our stay at the Hyatt Residence Club will be an unforgettable experience. The resort is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious, and the views are spectacular. All the staff have been kind and helpful. It has been great to be able to use the facilities next door at the Hyatt Regency, but then be able to enjoy the calm ambiance here at the Residence Club. Yoga classes in the morning by the ocean, under the palm trees was just amazing. The folks at Maui Rentals have been responsive every step of the way. We will definitely be booking with them again if we are ever lucky enough to visit Hawaii for a second time.

This property was excellent for two couples. Provided privacy., lanai was awesome
We had a great vacation. Lots of space, 2 good size bathrooms and laundry was very convenient. We also loved the pools. However the couch was extremely dirty and had ripped cushion . Other than that everything was perfect!!

Amazing vacation resort.
Very pleased with overall experience we had. Friendly, helpful people. I would definitely return. Beautiful & relaxing. My only complaint is check in. Rooms aren’t ready when arriving & you have to wait with no place to go for several hours.
