A few steps away you will find the Church of San Vittore, built on the ruins of an ancient Roman castle which served as a lookout for possible incursions from the north. A few minutes by car you can visit Villa Fogazzaro-Roi, Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta, or walk along the lakeside of Argegno, Porlezza, Gandria, Menaggio, Lugano.
Outside the house you will find a vast lawn available and you can lie down in the shade of the walnut trees, or simply take a hot shower overlooking the valley. Otherwise you can take advantage of the outdoor lounge under the gazebo.
Internally, on the ground floor, a large living room with sofa, armchairs, bar area, television, as well as a fully furnished kitchen with burners and professional oven.
