Book for Fall! Lakefront updated property in the highly sought Hideout Community

The Hideout is a private, gated resort community in the Pocono Mountains. It features a four-mile-around lake, a nine-hole golf course, a clubhouse, a fitness and recreation center, an arts and crafts/ceramics facility, a small ski hill, two sandy beaches, two outdoor pools, and indoor and two outdoor tennis courts.

Our home sleeps up to 12 people comfortably, is a lakefront property with a private waterfront. It features a bright, airy living room overlooking the deck and lakefront. Large outdoor space for lawn games for just another way to relax with the family. Included is an outdoor grill, tables, a private dock with waterfront access, two adult kayaks and one child kayak, two paddle boards, a fire pit, and a variety of waterfront toys, floats, and lifejackets.

** It is important to note that the lakes are drawndown starting October 15th for the Fall/Winter seasons**

Within the house are 4 bedrooms, a loft bedroom area with reading space and two day beds. Three full baths, a washer/dryer, full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, four televisions, and WiFi. Four televisions included. If it gets a little chilly, there is a wood fireplace and two electric fireplaces.

As an added benefit, there is a full game room with two arcade games, a dart board and pingpong table along side a large TV and fireplace.

Large Sauna in the lower level is just another way to relax on your lake vacation.

Nearby are many opportunities for horseback riding, miniature golf, antique shopping, dining, and bars. It's a 30 minute drive to nearby Mount Pocono Hotel and Casino, or to Scranton.

Any of the amenities can be closed as the discretion of the Property Owners Association. The homeowners can not be held responsible and will not offer any discounts or refunds for any closure of any amenity, including lake use or weather related closures.

There will be a registration form required to be filled out at least 3 days prior to your arrival for gate access. All drivers must show a valid drivers license and valid vehicle registration upon check in. Cannot be expired so please check the dates! We cannot offer discounts or refunds if anyone is denied access due to not having these required documents at check in. There are no exceptions to this community requirement.

There is a central trash facility for all owners and guests to use located within a 2 minute drive from the house. Trash is not picked up at the house and cannot be left at the house upon departure.

This is a pet friendly home but will be an additional fee of $50.00 per night added to the reservation, limit of one pet.

Seven night minimum to book this home but reach out as we may accommodate shorter stays!
