Everyone at the hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. From hotel lobby, to the spa and restaurant. I checked in with Elijah and he welcomed myself and my girlfriend. Elijah was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Elijah is one of the most friendliest and accommodating person that I have met. Thank you to everyone!

It is a beautiful place to stay and experience, but the building is in need of maintenance and repairs. Very poorly maintained for under a Mariot name! The outside spas were not working properly. One was shut down and the other was just hot water and no jets working. They said there we have access to the roman spas inside and they needed repair as well. Tiles were missing from both the mens and womens spa. The carpet throughout the hotel was wrinkled and looked old and the paint outside is chipping & pealing or missing. Our streaming service from our phones to the TV wouldn't work on the TV. The staff was pleasant, courteous and attentive to our needs. We were married there 4 years ago and went back for anniversary and we feel it has gotten much worse over those 4 years. They need to put some money into the hotel to make pristine like it was meant to be.
