I booked this stay a couple weeks before my arrival and my credit card was charged at that time. When I arrived, it took over an hour to check in because on their system, it didn't show that I had paid even though I had a reservation. I showed them the confirmation and even the payment, but it still wouldn't let them release the room to me. I also had to pay a $100 dollar deposit. The desk clerk (Keyshawn) was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL and POLITE! He called his manager who apparently couldn't help him and directed him to call Expedia (your company). It didn't seem like Expedia could resolve the problem either.

The accommodations were great. Staff was very friendly, But motel 6 needs to fumigate their rooms. I found a lot of bugs ( not bed bugs thank god) but just bugs. Other than that my stay was awesome.
