Front desk attempted fraud

Check in person tried to force me to pay additional charge for the room. Even after I showed her my booking and receipt showing 3 adults plus 1 child. She claimed the fee was too low,i void not stay unless i paid additional fee. I asked her to show me any paper stating that. I showed her my receipt. She called the manager who agreed my booking was correct and paid. Neither one apologized for the unwelcoming experience and the fraudulent attempt. See also sign they have at front desk. Elevator buttons don't work. Tv remote didn't work.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, lame breakfast.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is decent. The continental breakfast is the worse thing about this property. The property is super convenient to where I am visiting so I have stayed thee half a dozen times. I sometimes choose a less convenient hotel for a breakfast with more and better choices of breakfast items. They usually have waffles, cereal, juice, milk, and coffee. That’s it.
