Everything was fine but two things. 1. The refrigerator and microwave had been unplugged so my drinks could not benin a chilked frig and i had to struggle to.pkug it in. 2. The 1st floor side door did not lock which was bad, since it was suppised to be "card access only." Otherwise, breakfast and Stephanie (night staff)was great

Broken toilet seat in bathrooom. Told front desk THREE times and also had to ask for extra towels THREE times before both were finally addressed. Cleaning person was asked to come back @ 12:30 pm when we were out of room but neverr returned - asked front desk when we were going out again at 5:30 pm to send housekeeping up and were told they go home at 4 pm! Asked to have someone come and take dirty towels, empty trash, make beds, vacuum, etc. - front desk said they would - only emptied 1 trash bin and didn't make beds or anything else.

This hotel is super convenient to I 10, road noise was no problem. I had a very quiet night on a comfortable bed. The cinnamon rolls on the breakfast bar are yummy! Also, check in was much faster than other hotels I’ve stayed in recently.

Property was very clean and no smell of smoke at all soft beds nice tv and desk center walked in shower the pressure could be way batter the the shower and toilet and you have no place to put your trash you have to wait or sit it in the hallway so I advise be mindful of what you eat because the trash might have to sit in your room for a day or so not much to look at on tv so have some movies tittles on hand that you can look for

Our experience at this Holiday Inn Express was absolutely unacceptable. We arrived late at night and were assigned room 224. The moment we walked in, the room smelled strongly musty, suggesting mold. The bathroom was in disturbing condition. The toilet seat was up, the water was murky, and there was a piece of paper floating inside. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected. I immediately called the front desk to request a room change. The attendant said they were fully booked and that the only remaining room was reserved for someone else. We gathered our belongings and went downstairs to request a refund, as we were not willing to stay in a room with possible mold and unsanitary conditions. We were told refunds were not offered. After I firmly stated that I expected a clean room or a refund, the attendant suddenly said a king room was available. Given how late it was and how exhausted my daughters were, I reluctantly accepted. Although the second room did not smell like mold, it was still extremely dirty. There was a brown stain on the couch, a used face mask next to the sofa, filthy carpets, hair throughout the bathroom, and the shower leaked water across the entire bathroom floor. At that point, I was honestly afraid to look any further. This was not a matter of being picky. This was basic cleanliness and safety. We stayed only because it was the middle of the night and left as soon as possible. This property needs immediate attention from manage
