The staff was a solid 10/10. The rooms were spotless (and I’m an extreme germaphobe so that says a lot). The breakfast buffet was incredible with so many options, honestly the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The gym was amazing too, super clean, plenty of free weights and lots of equipment choices. Do I recommend? Absolutely, without a doubt. Also great area to be in, close to everything.

Check in was quick and easy. There was no remote for the TV but the front desk was prompt in getting that fixed right then and there. Plenty of restaurants nearby along with stores. Very convenient when traveling along Interstate 75. Setback in a quiet location.

Precious was awesome! Nothing at all wrong with the hotel! My only irritant was that there wasn’t any blackout curtains, so a light outside was shining right into my eyes all night. Other than that, it was great!!

The hotel was comfy and clean, the only problem I had was with the older gentleman at the front desk. I have a married last name on my ID and my maiden name on my card. I pre booked my room and I entered all my information correctly on the booking. I expressed this to him and he said that the payment and ID had to match names. Remind you that same morning my card had a charge from the hotel on it for my room. So as somebody who traveled all the way 2 states away and prebooked a room and was already charged.

Freezing Place to Stay

The stay was horrible, only due to the temperature in the room could not be controlled. we entered the room with the air conditioner setting on 59 degrees and could not stabilize the temp to comfortable level. we tried all night to get the temp down but to no avail. They had portable heaters in the halls but rooms were freezing. I had to take my wife to the doctor when we ARRIVED HOME since she had a really bad cold.
