first of all, service was great. but, when i got to my room it was dirty. it had a lot of pet hair all over the place especially the couch. Somehow, Samantha the front desk called to find out how i was doing and i told her about it. she looked at the room i booked and for some reason was a room for people with pets. she accommodated me and gave me another room. thank you.The new room was ok. i do like that the room and sitting area had separate areas. the furniture and the some pillows looked worn though. zippers on the decorative pillow was broken. complimentary breakfast was ok. fridge wasn’t working but i didn’t complain about it. breakfast was where i have never been to one where i had to give a ticket or let them know my room number and name to eat breakfast or provide a ticket to eat given at check in. i also am used to serving myself at this place they serve you. lady who oversaw everything was kinda creepy. i’m sure she was nice but made me and my family uncomfortable. walls are definitely thin you hear a lot. parking was great. no problems there. finding area to eat around was convenient and close. overall, they were ok but could focus on replacing some things. thanks for the short stay.

The rooms were decent size pull out bed was very uncomfortable per my teenager. I checked in super late 2am Saturday morning and when we went about our day and returned I was fixing the bed sheets and realized there was blood stains on the sheets i had slept in. Furious and disgusted I called the front desk and had them change all the bedding. I have pictures and they had someone come take half fast pictures as well. There was also a bug on the sheets not sure what kind almost like a black spotted lady bug but smaller. The next day Sunday as we are packing to leave a huge spider (brown) was running along the bedside floor. I took a video. I stand up and another brown spider huge! Was crawling on the wall next to the headboard where myself and toddler had been sleeping. Now im super upset. I go to check out provide them with my pictures and video and ask for a partial refund for the blood stained sheets and numerous bugs. No one has ever reached out after I was told a manager would call me. I even emailed her the pictures. I DO NOT reccomend this hotel.

This property is safe and quiet. We've enjoyed staying here for the past 5 years as it is so close to the ocean and beautiful destinations. We are warmly treated upon reaching out to the hotel like it was ac5 star.

This Best Western was a great location, plenty of parking, friendly and helpful staff, and loved that there was an option to divide the front room area from the bedroom area with the pocket door. Having the balcony was nice too. Would definitely stay here again.

It was just a quick over nighter. We checked in around 5, and our check in employees was fantastic. The room set up was a little strange, bathroom sink in the bedroom part. Bed was comfortable. It did the job for a night.
