I love this hotel and the wonderful staff who make certain that your stay is “worthy!” I celebrated my 70th Birthday over the weekend and it was endless bliss for the family and I….. I’ve been coming to this hotel for (40) years! I first celebrated my 30th Birthday at Harbor Shores. Now a mere (40) years later I’m still here! We had a ball!

Great experience overall, wonderful weekend getaway. Staff was super friendly, loved the balcony room, swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Convenient location, close to shopping and dining options. Loved everything about it!!

We got a room on the 5th floor and the view of the lake is amazing. Room was very clean. The shower was also very nice, great water pressure. Went to the pool, it was very clean and water was warm. Had an issue with the tv and called the front desk, someone was here to help within 5 mins. Will definitely be staying here again!!

Lake Geneva

Needed to stay in Lake Geneva for an evening and chose Harbor Shores as it was moderately priced and close to everything. Check in was easy and clerk assisted us in accommodating our room request and providing locations for a casual dinner. Room exceeded our expectations. Double queen beds with tv, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and silverware. Didn't give the location 5 stars due to lack of onsite breakfast restaurant.

It was set up for those families on vacation with lots of storage, sink, microwave, refrigerator. And its the 1st time ive received housekeeping services for a 2 night stay in years. Also had an electric fireplace which was a nice touch.

We didn't get a chance to enjoy the lake path like we had planned due to weather. The hotel staff were nice. Hotel is in a nice location but is older and dated for the price in off season.

Your beds are horrible the bed board made the bed really, really hard and uncomfortable. I never been on a hotel where the bed was so hard. Invest in better beds to stay competive.
