The outdoor oasis with its covered patio, enclosed porch, large inground pool, and sprawling yard covering two lots offers guests ample opportunities to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Inside the home, guests will find all the comforts of a 5-star hotel, including an office, movie theatre, and recreation space. Guests can enjoy partial lake views from several areas in the home. The office provides a perfect opportunity to work remotely, while the movie theatre and recreation space offer ample entertainment options. Guests can relax and enjoy their stay in comfort and luxury.

The added convenience of not having to deal with parking in town makes this retreat even more appealing. Guests can fully immerse themselves in the charm and beauty of Lake Geneva without any added stress or hassle. This brand-new construction retreat is the perfect escape for those seeking a luxurious and comfortable getaway!

*Pool & Hot Tub is available May 1st 2025 through Labor Day weekend. Guests will be required to sign a separate addendum to our guest rental agreement pertaining to pool/hot tub usage if using these amenities. Before you check out we ask that you please place your pool/hot tub towels in the washer and start a cycle.

*Pool temp will be set at 80, please inquire 48 hours before arrival if you would like it raised for additional charge.

Lovely Home

This is our 2nd trip to Luxe on the Lake and it was amazing. The location is superb, walk to town, walk to the beach. The actual house is decorated beautifully and is spacious with three level living. Can't wait to return in 2025!

Best Girls Weekend

Wow this place is absolutely stunning!!! Me and my girlfriends stayed here for LDW and had the absolute best time. It’s the perfect location and across the street from the lake. Check in process was a breeze and the owners were extremely responsive! We are already planning to go back!

Impeccable lake house

This is a stunningly designed and decorated lake house with an in town location across the street from Geneva Lake. Brand new and magazine worthy. The property management was extremely attentive and solved a few minor questions regarding the pool and hot tub quickly. Worth the price and will stay here again.

Perfect vacation home

The property is one of the best our family has enjoyed. The layout is well thought out, plenty of spaces to gather and enough room to find some quiet. The backyard, pool, hot tub, and patio offered hours of entertainment for our group. Very walkable to town, restaurants, and the beach. Don’t miss out on this one.

Golf Trip

We have a large core group of friends that are starting families in Chicago, so Lake Geneva was the perfect place for a golf trip getaway. We are a group that would rather hang at the house than go out, and Luxe on the Lake was absolutely perfect for this. Truly a luxury house where everyone slept comfortably (12 individuals total), the open floor plan to the patio allowed for a very social experience and we cooked all meals effortlessly with the size and layout of the kitchen. I simply cannot recommend this house any higher. This did not feel like a vacation rental house, but rather someone’s home that was professionally designed and deforested when seeing the finishes, furnishings and attention to detail that it has. It was completely turn key and ready to go. All the guests were raving about it. The only down side is that if you’re not used to staying at a house this nice, you may not want to leave!
