Boulder Lake Club: Between Memorial Day through Labor Day, we provide 6 complimentary passes to Boulder Lake Club which offers beach access to the lake, a heated pool, tennis, beach volleyball, bocce ball, cornhole, kayaking, and more. For groups larger than 6, additional passes can be purchased at the club. You will be required to provide a printed or digital version of your signed Occupancy Agreement as proof of occupancy to the Boulder Lake Club Office for access to Boulder Lake Club.

1. We are attached on one side, but there is no any disturbance we have seen to neighbor because of very strong building architecture. Still, we suggest no loud noise after 11pm, feel your home and make memorial vacation.
