We chose the resort for the full kitchen in the unit. Everything was okay
 but we were not wowed. We used the fitness room 4 days in a row. It seemed as though the place was under a transition. There was new equipment, but it was not fully setup. We had a hot tub in our room that served as a tub
 the jets did not work. So many small things that could have been better. However the area was great and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast attendant was excellent in keeping up with the flow of traffic, and the food was fresh.

The was nothing to use in the kitchen. The furniture was old, the dining room table was cracked and scuffed but put back together. The sofa was very uncomfortable. We didn’t realize we had to drive to the main lobby and were staying down the road and it was bad weather.

I didn't eat athe the resturant. The accommodation was not as expected. I have visited here before. It was mich better.. I Willowbrook look run down inside and outside. Just because you add furniture to the lobby doesn't change the fact the the rooms dont nee to be updated. Wood around the outside door worn-out enough for a draft to be felt. There waa mold in the bathroom. Water leaking from the faucet in the bathroom.

KITCHEN: At a minimum could there be at least enough dishes, utensils, etc. for a family of four (= to the seating). I was hoping to make a quick breakfast for us in the morning. No coffee pot/kettle, no plates to warm in microwave or pans for oven or skillets. No toaster - attempted the broiler but didn't seem to be heating up. Contents of kitchen included: only two glasses and two coffee cups - all cabinets & drawers were bare. If you don't care about kitchen space, the jacuzzi tub was very nice.

Resort was in a nice area, but rooms and facilities were dated and in disrepair. The blinds were broken in the bedroom. The trim on the mattress was torn and hanging off. The bedskirt was torn. I think this was likely a beautiful facility many years ago, but appears to be a bit neglected.

Don’t waste your money.

Poor maintenance, needs better up keep. Stain carpet throughout the building with a horrible smell. Pillows smell like old sweat. Entrance and building falling apart. Gym was unkept. Multiple machines out of service. Pool tables and basketball court not readily available. Theater was dirty. Checkout is at 11am but when we return from the gym at 10am our key card was deactivated.

Everything is old and rundown the company Bel-Air is saying this is a luxury place. It’s far from luxury. Everything is stuck in the 70s including the pool chairs two just not happy with the facility at all

We have stayed here at least once a year for the last 15 years and have always had a great experience. I was a little disappointed that I didn't really have hot water for a shower and there was no hair dryer or safe in the room this time. I definitely will come back as even these little things do not change the way I feel about the property.

Terrible! We read the website before arriving and checked in without being told that there was a drinking water warning with must boil water to drink, eat, make ice, brush teeth etc. or risk viruses, parasited or disease since 5/14! My husband accidentally found a print out sitting on a desk in the lobby or we never would have known. That meant water park was closed, too. Our condo like room had a full kitchen but no dishes, pots, pans, silverware or even paper towels. Called front desk and they said they stopped stocking them. Couch was hard as concrete and not a true pull out couch but a futon. One trash can in a one bedroom condo located in the kitchen. No chairs on balcony. Light on balcony shines directly into living area where futon is and thru the shotty blinds so it looked like daybreak all night. Had to hang a blanket over the door. Had a business package delivered and it took 2 days and many calls/visits to front desk to find. Severely understaffed. Front desk line 10 - 20 people deep until 10 pm.
