Welcome to our beautiful Lake Havasu home , located at 2375 Beverly Glen Place in a quiet friendly community, just inland from Windsor State Park and London Bridge. Our open concept modeled four-bedroom home offers a king bed, three queen beds, two full beds, a twin bed, and an additional pull-out couch queen bed to comfortably sleep 8-10 guests. Our two full sized bathrooms are well stocked and ready for use. Along with a river view, our spacious living room is furnished with enough seating for the whole family to enjoy a show on the Smart TV. We spend most of our time at the large dining table, which offers plenty of table space for everyone to enjoy an early morning breakfast, or to play one of the many board games we have available for use. If you are like us and prefer to cook your own meals, our fully stocked kitchen offers up to date appliances and enough counter space to allow multiple chefs to prepare any dish. If you prefer to grill, our BBQ is located on the back patio with outdoor seating to relax under the stars. For guests that have multiple vehicles or toys, we offer driveway, street parking, and a side lot that can accommodate any oversized toy you may have.

We love spending time at our Beverly Glen home, and we hope you will too!

For somebody or family or small group with more than one or two boats or recreational toys this place is fantastic. We actually stuck six boats and trucks in the parking area. Place was clean and suited all of our needs. The dual air-conditioning sure didn’t hurt things in 108 weather. It was always comfortable. I would for sure book here again.

We have stayed at several vacation rentals over the last 10 years and I must say this was at the top of the list. Our group loved the beds!!! Always a must when you are traveling. When looking for a place I look a reviews and make sure there are recent reviews - by date. Communication from owner is critical as well.

We were attending a balloon event at the lake and needed a house that would accommodate our family and crew. The Host was very responsive with any issues I had. The property was gorgeous! It fit our needs perfectly. The parking was ample and the location was central enough to the town and easy to navigate. The beds were ample and very comfortable. The decor was super cute and fit the lake town vibe perfectly. We will definitely stay here again. This event may be an annual thing for us so we will definitely try to stay here again.

Desert Storm Vacation Home

We stayed at this property for the Desert Storm Poker Run with our family of six, and it was perfect for us! We had two trucks, two boats, and a car — and finding a place with enough parking for all of that in Lake Havasu is tough, but this house made it easy. The common areas were spacious and comfortable, making it a great place for everyone to hang out and relax after long days on the water. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and just as described. We had an awesome time and will definitely stay here again!

Love the extra blankets and towels, it was clean with all new appliances. Love the coffee maker variety and access to the laundry room! Only notes that I wish I knew but now know for next time is to bring my own ice trays and gallons of water. The fridge / ice maker aren’t connected to water (which I understand why). Would stay again.

Awesome place in Lake Havasu!!!

Beverly Glen is 5 star!!! Clean, updated and HUGE!!! Kitchen was fully stocked and the living area was large and inviting. Kids loved the games that were available. Bedrooms were good sized and beds were super comfortable! Zach was very easy to get ahold of!! Nice corner lot for easy boat parking. Will definitely stay again!!! Thanks for a great time and the ability to make memories with our friends and family!!

The house was just as described in its listing. It was super clean & had plenty of space for my group. It was also very conveniently located and had tons of parking which was super helpful. Zach was really accommodating and overall we really enjoyed our stay here. We definitely will be keeping this house in mind for all future Havasu trips!

Definitely the Inside of the House was spacious and very clean. Very organized and we enjoyed the decor. We like the every room had a little basket of towels and the carpets were nice and vacuumed. The back yard was small but quiet and nice to sit out there in the evening. The only minor thing was the parking in front of the house - there was no sidewalk so we parked once by the gravel. Not a lot of asphalt from the Driveway to the front door so we had to carry our cooler around the rocks. But plenty of Parking on the side of the house. We definitely Enjoyed the House the whole time - no complaints - only compliments!

We had a great riv trip with the kids. This house is gorgeous and very comfortable for a large group. Lots of beds and living space. Beautiful neighborhood and good proximity to London Bridge marina(our marina of choice). Only one hiccup that Zach handled immediately. A/C worked great. All the amenities needed. Perfect trip.

Amazing and spacious vacation home

Everything about this home is beautifully done. The beds are so comfortable (we all had 4 amazing nights sleep).The home is spacious and SO CLEAN! We had everything we could need /want: bathrooms with all you need , kitchen stocked perfectly, spacious and so nicely decorated. We feel very fortunate to have had such a nice place to stay in Lake Havasu.
